I am rejecting this response because: I have already received the replacement items but I want to point out that Erin was still employed with the company at that time because I spoke with her directly on more than one occasionFurthermore, I never heard from "***" and certainly did not have an issue receiving any emails (or anything going to my junk mail) from the company beforeI was ignored as a result of bad customer serviceA simple apology would have been a better response, rather than making excuses.
