The repairman who visited our home told us the appliance was not worth repairing. Cost to repair would have been more than 1/2 the cost of a new unit with no guarantee that one of the many other parts could also fail soon since the appliance was 10 years old. We were convinced to replace rather than repair. Excellent service!
Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable, explained the problem with fridge that caused water overflow from a blocked drain, fixed with parts on hand. Cost as expected. Easy to get appointment in timely manner. Would use services again.
JUST A MOST PROFESSIONAL JOB. THE TECH QUICKLY FIGURED OUT THE PROBLEM WITH OUR WASHER (15 YRS OLD), ORDERED THE PART AND INSTALLED IT NEXT DAY
The Moore tech "re-installed" my dishwasher by placing additional supports under the dishwasher legs so that it would not fall off because of vibration or other jolting from normal operation. The supports were 3/4-inch thick slats of hardwood floor (which I had saved) that he interlocked (tongue and groove) to the existing floor which extended under the cabinets, but not far enough to assure that the dishwasher legs could move a little without the dishwasher falling off due to vibration. The tech did a great job!
