Moore Brothers, LLC

This letter is in response to the complaint against Moore Brothers LLC by *** ***. Ms*** completed & signed a credit application & contract for the purchase of a Chrysler through financing with Credit Acceptance Corporation on 8/5/14. After reviewing the
application & contract, Credit Acceptance Corporation found that the employment information & salary Ms*** provided to be fraudulent and could no longer qualify for the loan thus having to cancel the contract and require the return of the vehicle to Moore Brothers LLC. Our office is not returning the deposit to Ms*** for that reason, in addition to the fact that for a month our vehicle was being used in another state without our knowledge, adding thousands of miles to it, reducing the value and keeping us from being able to have it on our lot for sale. The cost of a rental for a Chrysler to travel that many of miles and that length of time well exceeds the $*** deposit.
