On 03/**/*** *** was examined in our office for contact lenses and was given a trial pair of Air Optix contact lenses which were fitting well. On 3/**/*** *** returned to our office and requested trial lenses of two alternate pairs which we glady supplied.Our next
communication with *** *** was the letter you sent us about his complaintHe then visited several Cohens optical's and has also filed complaints against all of them including our corporate offices. We feel we have done all we can, without him returning to our office we can not determine what will resolve the situation. Thanking you in advance for your kind cooperation concerning this matter
