Woodville gardens Ohio- The office manager, Wendy, is rude, disrespectful, has no customer service skills and sucks at her job. If you confront her with any issues she yells at you, then calls the police on you. She doesn't return phone calls. You cant get in touch with anyone in a position above her unless she forwards your number to her superiors, which she does not do. Every employee working at this park is somehow related to her, which in itself is very unprofessional. Any other business would not allow this to happen. Many bad experiences. Empty lots are not cared for. Roads are terrible. In years past, the pool didn't open due to them not getting it fix, even though our lot fee went up that year. The years the pool was open, the pool would be closed during hours it was supposed to be open. Very unsafe conditions when they tore down old homes. No caution tape is use around these dangerous demolition areas, when there are tons of kids that live here. Plus it takes them months to completely break down one home. Exposed insulation is used to cover plumbing hook ups in empty lots. Everyone knows having exposed insulation is hazardous. Every fall we are expected to rack up our leafs, yet empty lots are cover with leafs. I received a notice that I need to rack the leafs in the road!! The road is not my responsibility, it is the parks. The roads flood with water even when it rains a little due to poor draining system they refuse to fix. This park hold most of its residents to one set of standards and itself and a select few residents to another lesser set of standards. I have received notices on my door for things they feel I need to do to my yard or house and someone else who's house or yard is the same or even worst will not receive a notice. The only thing truly consistent about the park is the increase in lot fee every year with no improvements made to the neighborhood.

Live here for over 20 year. They don't take care of the property. Allow drug addicts to move in. Half the time they threaten to evict you if you have visitors over. I own my home and they told me if my sister comes to my house I will be evicted. Even after I gave them proof that my sister cares for my disabled son while I work. They raise the rent every year and say it is for upgrades but the don't upgrade anything. They have a pool and only open it once a week while kids are in school.

Unprofessional management, borderline harassment. Attempting illegal eviction,

I feel mgmt has a personal agenda with with me. I receive notices weekly for issues that are not being inforced thought-out the entire park. The management,(Theresa B) has accused me of verbal assualt through the maintenance worker. Not entirely sure what that means. That may be grounds for eviction. She has not deposited my check for payment of this months (June) rent, it was dropped on the 4th, it is now the 6th and would be considered late. If it doesn't show as being deposited there will be a late fee and an eviction notice. She is not in the office during the posted hours. She doesn't return phone calls or messages. Her lunch break is not 12-1,as posted by the company, but 1-2:30, often leaving before. Friday is short days, hours of her choice. Her personal vehicle is often in the company garage being worked on by the maintenance personnel, even as far as shine the tires. This may sound like retribution, I assure you it is not. All of her actions were observed before any harrassment from her, I just haven't been concerned enough to report the issues. Now it's getting serious, I may have to move my house, I am on disability, I can not afford to pay for a move,nor should I have to.

Absolutely horrible management! Harmony Estates! management was notified that my electric should never have been turned on it got turned on I moved in on the 9th they shut my electric down on the 28th of May because it's a fire hazard! Today is June 3rd I still have no electric! I live on disability! I've lost all the food in my refrigerator and top freezer! Bought a quarter beef to put in my deep freeze I've lost over half of that that cost me $750.00! Now maybe by this Thursday I might have electric! Trailers get really warm when you don't have AC! Thanks to my neighbors for running a extension cord so I didn't loose all my beef! Very sad way to run a business! In my day I was a businesswoman!
Ran food service out of school for 25 years! I have work food service all my life! They definitely get a f rating!
