As previously stated, this was a brand new chest and was inspected by our staff before delivery and there was no damage to it Upon delivery Ms*** made no mention of any damage and signed for merchandise in good condition However, we want our customers happy so we will send a tech out to her home to inspect this chest I have left messages for Mrs*** on March 10th and 11th to give us a call to schedule inspection As of this moment we have not heard back from her When she calls back we will arrange a service call to inspect and access any issues Ms*** has
In response to this complaint, we have done everything to settle this matter The brand new chest that was changed out with her in February was in perfect condition upon delivery It was not only inspected by our two delivery drivers but also by our warehouse manager to make sure everything was ok before we took it to her Upon delivery she signed for it in good condition and nothing was noted about any damaged to chest Documented proof is available if needed Thank you, [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because: The replacement chest is damaged. They tried to hide it by swapping it out with a lower drawer hoping I wouldn't notice it right away. By doing so, the drawers will not close properly. There is also damages on other drawers as well. The only thing I signed on the invoice was I was not notified that the mirror that was supposed to be replaced was damaged as was not receiving it ,and I was not notified in advance of delivery time. The chest cost almost $with tax. I would like a refund as I do not want to wait another months for a damaged replacement, and do not want to do any more business with this company
