I met ***, who was inquiring about replacing an air conditioner and air handler unitHe stated that the unit was 1/ton , and asked me if I could replace the air conditioner and air handler, and duct work for a certain pricebased on this information I agreed and wrote a contractOnce on site I noticed this was a ton unitI then contacted [redacted] and told him I had to adjust the bid to reflect this new information Our company did have a technician out to this home who made a mess of the homeI offered them to hire a professional cleaning company to come out and clean all area's and terminated the technicianThere was also an issue with one of the drain lines that was immediately repaired [redacted] called at all hours of the evening,and also called family members harassing us about the repairs I did this work at a very discounted price and did install a brand new unit and were mislead about the scope of work he expected for this priceOur company feels the price was fair for services providedwe will not offer any refundsWe have all receipts for the new unit we installed
