[redacted] has been out before so he remembered me and after the hearty greeting from him, he immediately went to work and was very professional in his effort (but then that is what I have come to expect of ALL Moore Mechanical ). He made certain to make certain to wear the booties while coming in and out of our house, as well as clean up when he completed his task. He brought me out to display what he had worked on and demonstrate that the work he done was to my satisfaction. Moore Mechanical sent a uniformed, polite, knowledgeable young man named [redacted] who worked quietly, efficiently and tirelessly until my old furnace was humming along like new. He explained what he would do and then what he did do. He answered all my questions and gave me ballpark figures for other work or replacements that may come along -- I really appreciated that, so "price shock" doesn't give me a heart attack down the road!
