The TV was to be packed my the owner. We were not contracted to do any packing it was the responsibility of the owner. The TV was not packed only wrapped in bubblewrap. No damage was noted at the time of the move in. The shipper made the complaint 2 weeks after the move with...
no mention of the chromecast. We have no idea of when the damage may have occurred after the items were placed back in the residence.
