After ordering $730.00 worth of parts from *** I decided to call and confirm my order. I thought that I may have ordered the Wong part and was looking for some knowledgeable advice. After contacting by phone I was asked where I was from and told that I "sounded like a hill-billy" and that he "can't stand hill-billy *** like me". I was hung up on with no confirmation of my order. This was all provoked by asking questions about the parts I ordered.
