The $** you were charged on 10/27/15 was a worst case charge, if there was no insurance coverage that cost would have covered all service that day on your Explanation of Benefits you will see the cost per service broken down into the following codes ([redacted],[redacted],[redacted],[redacted]) those codes are a $[redacted] value, as you can see that $** is a substantial savings to our patients. This also allows us time to talk to your Insurance and get some answers. After talking to your insurance we did find out you have a $** copay. This is why Ingrid did not charge you on your second visit 10/28/**15 she issued you a in-office credit from that original $**. This means you do have an additional $** credit with us. If you would like me to refund that to your credit card I would be more than happy to do that for you, Please just reply back and let me know. Once again I apologize for the inconvenience, and stress it has caused you. Please know that I run my office from a place of caring, not a place of greed or deceit.
