Review: I placed my order for hardwood flooring with Moore Rug in September 2014. After numerous phone messages for the status of the installation with constant excuses of delay in the manufacturing and shipping of the product I advised I wanted the order cancelled and the overpayment on the carpet installation payment refunded. Over the last several months numerous voice mails have been left after receiving messages of closed for vacation for status on my refund. A visit by my brother in early September yielded a reply that I owed him money and he was being kind enough not to invoice me. I sent a certified return receipt letter to Moore Rug requesting the refund of 194.15 which was received on 093015. I have not received a reply or the refund.Desired Settlement: The outcome would be that my overpayment for product/services not provided be refunded to me.
