We were hired to remove deadwood 2in and larger throughout the entire canopylimbs were extremely dangerous, 5in x 25ft, and were dead for years over the play setM&W advised homeowner to not allow anyone on or near play set until deadwood was removedThe branch split and fell was a live green limbOn the 16th of June, there was a thunderstorm in our area that produced up to 25mph windsThe homeowners arborist said there was too much weight left on the branchM&W was not hired to reduce weight distribution or remove any green foliageAfter all considerations, M&W sent a crew not only to remove the green debris on ground and roof but also ascended into trees without the use of spikes (as previous tree companies used) and pruned the storm damaged branchThis was all done with no charge to the homeowner."We have been in business for years and take pride in what we doI have attached pictures showing the "live green tree limb' that had broken offAs we stated above, we were not hired to remove any green foliage on the tree and our authorization was to remove the deadwood in the Maple tree.If there are any other inquiries, feel free to contact MrMoore personally at ###-###-####.Sincerely,Moore & Wright Tree Service

M&W was not hired to reduce weight distribution or remove any green foliage. After all considerations, M&W sent a crew not only to remove the green debris on ground and roof but also ascended into trees without the use of spikes (as previous tree companies used) and pruned the storm damaged branch.
