Words cannot describe how extremely disappointed we are in Dr*** at Moore's Mill Urgent CareHis smug attitude has left us to wonder if he is this big of a jerk or simply has no clue what he is doingHe ordered a serious test for our daughterWe went to the hospital as ordered, did the test, waited over an hour for him to contact the hospital for further instructionsHe never bothered to call the hospital back forcing the hospital to tell us "That why we can't give you any information without first discussing with Dr***, we would not be sending your daughter home if she was not ok"In other words, read between the linesWhen we got home we were told to give her 3-Ibuprofen with each meal and if her symptoms did not go away go to the emergency room, do not come back to Moore"s MillWho treats people this way??? My wife took our daughter back to Moore's Mill for a follow up this morning and was treated DOWNRIGHT RUDELY by Dr***As my wife said, we are not treating a turtle we are treating our childHis condescending attitude has no place in any Dr's officeWe understand if Moore's Mill Urgent Care is unable to treat a potentially serious illness, but there is a proper way to inform and treat the patient involvedBeing a rude *** is not the way
