Dear Sir or Madam,Moore's Hunting Ranch has compiled information, facts and we have pictures showing the Revdex.com arbitrators what we have done to try and settle the dispute concerning ID # [redacted] and ID # [redacted] and what transpired during the dates of 12-2-and 12-5¬Text threads are also available that shows Paul Moore's text communications with [redacted] ***! starting Dec3, at 11:am plus ALL future text threads that some party members must not have been aware that were happeningOur intentions were to send these to show proof of our conversation with Mr [redacted] but we were told by [redacted] that we would need a subpoena from a court of law to print those off my I phone but I am willing to make them available if needed to prove our case..After reading this compiled information and comparing it to the allegations by the complainant I believe it is very obvious that Moore's Hunting Ranch did as much as possible to salvage a supposedly uneventful situationEven though the party elected to leave their three day hunt in one and a half days we were still willing to work with them and settle this in a professional manner.Moore's Hunting Ranch has quoted it's terms in our 1-24-letter to Mr [redacted] stating that prior to any money being reimbursed we also ask for retractions since damage has already occurred due to [redacted] and threats continue being posted on [redacted] as late as 2-11-We have seen what Fake News can do to a person or business and as seen with many of these stories people absorb the fake news but never are aware of the correctionMr [redacted] mentioned in his letter that he would comply with the removal of the social media postings BUT they were never removed plus not only were they not removed but while trying to settle this dispute more negative posts, from a member of his group came up from [redacted] on January 24, 2017.and February 11, Therefore due to the inability of the [redacted] party to voluntarily remove the negative [redacted] posts and dismiss the Revdex.com dispute we are asking that each individual in their party sign a release form stating that they will remove the current posts and not take any future negative action that may impact the Moore's Hunting Ranch business in return for the money Mr [redacted] requestedOnce ALL the current comments and claims have been removed, release forms signed and release forms received by a third party escrow agent then the determined amount will be available for transfer to Michael J [redacted] We feel this is more than a fair trade agreement considering the damage that Moore's Hunting Ranch has already received due to posts and loss of money during the peak part of the season.Sincerely, [redacted] ***
