In response to her claim of incorrectly installed roofing, the roof was installed correctly. The problem she is having has...
nothing to do with the roof's installation. After the seven inches of rain and storms we had, [redacted] met with her AAA adjuster and found the only water in the house was coming from skylight lenses and coming through the rock at the foundation of the house.
She has filed several claims against her insurance company, another roofing company, tried to file a claim against our auto policy and now our liability insurance company. She is being denied these claims because she has not used any of the claim checks for repairs to damage done before we ever got there. According to our insurance company, AAA paid her first claim for storm damage (not a faulty roof) and denied her second claim since no repairs had been made.
This situation is now in the hands of our insurance company.

My insurance company (AAA) says that Moore's Roofing did not install my roof correctly and they will not pay for damages due to the fault of the roof installer. I agree that he did not install the areas around the skylights correctly, and although water did come in because of this, water also ran into rooms that do not have skylights and in other places where the stains from the skylights did not connect to other damaged areas.
Although I do not believe when I cash a check from my insurance company is any of his business, I will state that this was a small check from my 1st claim to cover wind damage something over $1000 to fix my fence and windows, which I have done.
I filled 2 claims because my insurance company required me to do so, because after the wind damage, heavy rains hit Moore, water run in throughout my home and garage doing all kinds of damage to my property. [redacted] was invited to come out and be shown by a AAA adjuster what was wrong with the installation and he did not show up. My agent has called him and told him that they will not pay anything toward repairs because of faulty installation and will not cover me for any damage until this roof is torn off and replaced with and acceptable roof. Because of this and Moore's Roofing and Insulation failure to make any efforts to help with the damages, I called Farmers Commercial Insurance, which I had been told was his Liability Co.& was told that they only covered his company vehicles. AAA called me and told me his correct liability co. and I filed a claim with them.
Again my insurance will not cover any damage due to Moore's Roofing and I have app. $28000 in damages and a worthless roof. Please feel to contact AAA at XXX-XXX-XXXX for conformation of the details that I have stated.
I want my roof replaced with one that is approved by AAA and compensation for my damages so that they can be repaired. This roof was warrantied for 15 more years. I want him to make good on his warranty.

As we stated before, this matter has been turned over to our insurance company and we will abide by their decision once made. Please note, in response to saying we were a no show to meeting with the second AAA adjuster, they nor the homeowner ever called us with a time and date to meet. As for the warranty statements, the material warranty would be for fifteen years, but the labor warranty would be for five.
