Signed contract to clear building to ground within six months. Building not cleared within specified time.They stripped the building of aluminum, wiring, and other parts. They left half still standing and trash blowing over yard at the end of 6 months. They said would finish if given another month and would mail another contract. Never received another contrat. Mail at the [redacted] address is "returned to sender" through US post office.Desired SettlementWould like mess cleaned up and cleared but most important for others to beware.Business Response All our contracts are done on a yearly basis as was typed in the original contract which I would be happy to supply. Did say we would try to complete within six months so that they could quick sale the property. However weather issues made this simply impossible. There were also theft issues with the neighbors adjacent to the property stealing our tools. The matter will be handled as soon as the weather permits.
