Again the original call was for scorpionsGreen Mango consistently showed up at my property during times I was at work and I requested service to be after 4pmYet they continued to come before 4pm and I always had to call them to come back to service the inside and backyardI have requested many times to have the owner call meThat never happenedThey nevet came out to spray for tickd and I suspect they sprayed tick larva inside my homeI wouldn't trust this company or what they spray into homesAgain I never found a tick in my home prior to their service and since I started spaying my own home - no scorpions no ticks! I wouldnt recommend this company for services! I always had a note saying that they had sprayed - they continued to show up at times that I was at work and never actually came afyer 4pm unless I called them to come back out! That would be the reason for all the notes! The person who referred me said they do that all the time! She was with me during the initial call when I called about having them spay for thr scorpionsSo I do have a witness of the callAgain I will not ever have this company back to my home - will not recommend their servive and would recommend they refund the entire amount I've paid

I have attached the email threadWhat I referred to as a waste of time was the consistent need to keep bringing other reviews into his situationI asked several times for the service receipt from [redacted] so I could move forward the with reimbursement he was requestingHowever, he continued to delay that and wanted to point out old reviews from and only one person had a similar situation however that customer never even signed up for a german roach treatment nor did he want to pay for it so that was not on Green MangoWe have been trying everything to help [redacted] but he undermines my authority within the company and was not wanting to let us do anything but refund his money which in the end we didI am running a successful business and if I just immediately handed out refunds when requested without investigating the situation I would not be in the position I am inI needed to have our tech manager out to inspect the home to make sure he in fact did still have an issueHowever, [redacted] would not allow our manager to inspect so I then requested the receipt from [redacted] to show they treated for German Roaches which after much difficulty I finally received and immediately after refunded with no questions asked when we still have no evidence that he actually has german roachesHowever, we never want someone to be dissatisfied so in good faith we refund his money and prior we had already waived his follow up fee in the amount of $I am not sure what more Green Mango can do for him

This company is full of deceitGreen mango had opportunities to come inspect and service my houseThat's times after the initial treatmentAfter I was advised that in the isolated area of the house that it would take one, maybe two treatments totalThe technician, who had great people skills, even admitted that he did not know why there were so many after he sprayed the first three (3) times, only to find out that he was not treating the house correctlyWhen Jacob Bowser, the technician manager came to my house, he inspected and offered to spray the house againNever once did the company take ownership or accountability until I escalated the issueI have countless emails from Kayla, where she is condescending and out right disrespectful even going as far as to say that my efforts were a "waste of time" I contacted another company who treated the house correctlyThis is confirmed by the amount of dead German roaches after one treatment when there were none after treatments from green mango

Hello,When a customer calls in to inquire about pest control we go over what is covered for general pest services (scorpions, crickets, black widows, spiders, ants, earwigs, cockroaches, silverfish, springtails) and we also let them know that is doesn't include our specialty services (bees, bed bugs, german roaches, rodents, gophers) We also explain that you will see an increase in activity after the first initial flush-out of the home so we do come back approxdays later to start the premium bi-monthly service This is done to break up any nesting cycle that might be at the home as well as take care of any increased activity also at the home I have included the notes on the account showing what the technician noted he found at the home When she did mention the roaches to us it was only after we called to collect payment on the account (which she still hasn't paid) We notified her hours prior to service and didn't receive a phone call to not service the home or a call stating what activity she was seeing at the home If there is a specialty service on an account we email the customer a checklist on how to prepare for the service (they must empty everything out of the kitchen) and we also suggest leaving it that was until we come back weeks later for a follvisit (also has a charge to it) We also only send a specialty technician to the home and they use specialty product to treat I have also attached the signed point contract showing that if she were to cancel there would be a cancelation fee on the account of $ The german roach specialty service was quoted to her at $with a $follfee We are very up front with our customers - we go over everything with them on the phone & the technician goes over everything with them on the welcome process We offered to have a technician come out and inspect - she said no We offered a payment plan for the specialty service - she said not She just said she would be taking this to all social media avenues to express her dis-satisfaction She already posted on facebook Please let me know if you need anything else.Thank you, [redacted] ***GREEN MANGO PEST CONTROL

I am not satisfied with the responseI was not the one who signed the contract, nor was I home at either visitThis was NOT explained to meThere was no discussion during our initial conversation of the difference between cockroaches and german roachesI told them I had roaches, they said they can take care of thoseIt wasn't resolved, then they decided it was a different kind of roach which costs more money and a specialty serviceI didn't sign the contract, I don't agree to these termsThis isn't the service I needed I did call after week and you refused to come back outAbsolutely refusedYou didn't ask further questions to investigate - just standard spiel about increased activityI never agreed to pay for service that does not fix the problemInstead of being accountable for: 1) not asking the right questions during my initial contact 2) the technician not doing enough research on site 3) lack of interest in my concerns when I called back a week laterYour technician snuck out to the house without being home (a text before certainly doesn't indicate that he was going to show up on property without me present, furthermore, you've gotten other complaints that your tech claims to treat areas behind lock and key.) Had you made sure I was home, I would have discussed this matter directly with your technicianI refuse to pay for services that were not renderedYou did NOT eradicate the pests I called about, you did not uphold your part of the contractual agreementI want the contract negated and to remove all charges from my account and the phone calls to stop

The terms of the Service Agreement have now been explained atleast four times over thephone, one time via email, on [redacted] , on ***, on [redacted] , not to mention the copy of theService Agreement she was given and has been sent again and now Revdex.com .The second service is not free.The second service starts the first regular service (please seeline on the Important Things to know as well as the the boxes in the top right hand of theService Agreement where the X's are marked for months of service)Also seeing any activityafter the Initial Treatment is expected ( See line on the Important Things to Know)This is whywe come back the following month to start the first Bimonthly Treatment.We sent [redacted] the callrecordings from when she signed up where TWO representatives clearly stated we will be outfor the Initial treatment and then will return the following month to start the first $BiMonthlyTreatmentsKayla, the office manager, in good faith refunded her payment due to any confusionshe may have had if the tech did make it seem as the second service was free as she claims.BUT it was never to be a free service.However, she refuses to believe her service agreement,the call recordings and the office manager and is choosing to only believe what the tech mayhave told her at the homeHer concern of the tech telling her that was previously discussed withthe office manager (Kayla) and Kayla still refunded her payment for that second serviceShethen claims she was to be scheduled on 9/27, which is the day she called in to tell us we noshowed her and threatened to close the accountShe wasn't due on that day as well as noreminders were sent to her as the account logs every time a reminder is sent( See line onthe Important Things to Know)So there was no, no call no show that happened for her thirdtreatmentAfter trying to explain this she had threatened twice that they didn't want to continueservices with usShe was extremely rude and demanded to speak to an ownerThey do nottake customer calls as they are the ownersYou dont call [redacted] , ***, ***, whatever provideryou use and get an ownerThat is why there are managers in placeWe have sent differentforms of clear evidence that she AGREED to the terms and conditions PRIOR to Green Mangolaying an ounce of product at the homeThis has now gotten to the point of harassment from [redacted] and [redacted] as they proceed to go to every form of social media, [redacted] , ***, [redacted] and now Revdex.com to dispute the same thing so we as a business have no other way to make theterms and conditions any more clear.The owners will not be contacting the customer and there is no job to finishThe owners havebeen made very aware of all social media posts, emails, phone calls, and service agreements.After reviewing, Green Mango has decided to close their account as there is nothing more wecan do for themThe terms and conditions are very clear and there was nothing the OfficeManager stated that was different from the sales call, scheduling call and what is on her serviceagreement ( which are all done prior to any treatments being rendered at a home).The onlypayment that was made was $for the Initial Treatment as Green Mango had previouslyrefunded her first BiMonthly Treatment( the second service) of $in JulyIf Revdex.com would like a screenshot of the conversations via email, [redacted] , [redacted] or [redacted] wewould be more than happy to provide themAlso, if accessible take a look at her [redacted] reviews,more than half are negative reviews and she calls a specific person out in each post with theuse of vulgar language

We did service on September 6th which we can provide service record forWe are in the process of getting new phones along with experiencing a high call volume due to the seasonHowever, we do give the option to leave a voicemail that we return every day before the end of the dayWe also spoke to Benny yesterday before this review was posted and even got him set up for another free reservice for the 22nd and pre-built his future stopsGreen Mango has done everything we can for him and will continue toThere are many different reasons as to why he could still be seeing activity but we will do everything we can to help

This statement is false. I called Green Mango back after 1 attempt from them. We arranged for another service out to our house. There may be a gaurantee, but this means they will continually come out to your house to try to resolve the problem. I would prefer the scorpions Crickets and spiders just be gone. So my husband has started spraying himself. We understand now that the mice were not a covered pest under our plan we have also taken care of these ourselves. To to resolve this complaint I would like to be released from our contract without penalty. I am not happy with the outcome of our services and do not want to continue paying for such services

This is for a specialty serviceThe initial service was performed on 9/After this service we do make the customer aware that there could be an increase in activity and that we have to return in approximately two weeks to service again which we discount from $to $because we know the first treatment will not kill all of the activityWe were scheduled to come out 9/at that point we did notify the customer that we had to work on Agetting a different tech out because the tech who went out was not 100% trained on the service or Breschedule to a different dayThis was around 9:15-9:30am of the first notificationIt does take time to try to switch technicians routes or to try and get a technician who is trained to come in on their day off to pick up the serviceAfter the representative tried everything she could to get it picked up same day unfortunately we did have to reschedule the service which the customer was notified hours after the first contact around amDue to this being an unforeseen circumstance on our end we did waive the two week follow up fee in the amount of $because we had to rescheduleThe day warranty is still in effective since we are only two days past the exact two week markContacting another pest control company is not necessary because we are still within the proper time window to be able to perform the services

I would like written confirmation that this unscrupulous company Green Mango Pest Control will cease making any attempts to contact me in any way as I have been harassed for several months now - Again I never agreed to any length of service with them, I never signed any contract nor was I given any quote or contract in writing at the time the service began in I notified Green Mango Pest Control in writing of the service cancellationso I had no further obligation to respond, since there was no valid signed service contract in force

Our records indicate we left two voicemails 9/at which time the voicemail box was not set up as to why we called twiceWe then spoke to [redacted] 9/and got her scheduled for 9/Again, we waived the two week follow up of the $and the warranty is still good for days from the initial visitThis is the phone number we have on file for her [redacted] We still do not feel a refund is necessary due to the services being rendered as well as we didn't charge for the follow up service due to the tech not being trained (which is where we made the mistake)

I don't think telling someone they are poor is a way to make it up to you The owner of this company is totally unethical And he should not be harrassing people whom he screwed over yes I got my money backBut Green Mango's attempts at fixing this by lying to the Revdex.com is wrong Also the owner Told me he doesn't Care about the Revdex.com as the Revdex.com is just a money making company like his For the record, I have not paid any money or been asked for money to file the complaint with the Revdex.com Regards, [redacted]

Hello,I have tried to contact *** times to discuss her complaint; she will not return my phone calls We offer 100% guarantee on our service We will come out to do a free re-service on the home when a customer calls in She has only called in for a dead terantula & a
live terantula - we sent a technican out to treat the home; he found no activity at the home We service every months with a plus or minus day window on service - that way we can download the routes by neighborhood for minimal drive time on the technicians We would love to have a technician go out to the home and provide a thorough inspection of the home I have attached a copy of the signed service agreement and the point contract we have the customers sign on the welcome process Please let me know if there is any other information you need.Thank you,*** ***GREEN MANGO PEST CONTROL

Hello, There is no written confirmation we giving letting a customer know that we will not contact them Her verbiage is condescending to us as a company We took her verbal word on the service agreement and failed to get a signature; our mistake; we shouldn't have been servicing her home without a signature on file We already admitted our fault and said we wouldn't contact her regarding the balance due on account We don't need any further communication by her There is no further action needed. We were behind on services due to an error with our software systemHowever,we offered to come out and perform this service for free since it was our faultWe also honored to close the account without a cancellation fee since again it was our faultWe will not be refunding previous performed servicesThe contract requires the customer to fulfill total treatments every other month if they break contract for any reason within the first year they are held responsible for paying the cancellation feeWe, did break that contract by pushing them past due for service so we did not expect them to pay that cancellation feeWe tried to help resolve the issue and make it right for them prior to closing the account and they just wanted to cancelAt that point we honored that without penaltyGreen Mango is not required to pay them back for all the services that were previously performed

Due to all the notes on her account from when she called in she has only mentioned to us one time that she was having an issue with scorpionsThis call was made after her first servicePer our service agreement, that she signed, it states "I understand that after the initial flush out pest
activity will increase." We explained to her why this happens and that we will be returning within days (which we did) to service againFrom that point forward scorpions were never brought up to us she then had an issue with ticksTicks are not included in the general pest services she signed up forAgain, this is also stated in the signed service agreementHowever, we sent technicians out to inspect and treat for the ticksShe continuously rescheduled her appointments, or would not answer the phone or door when we would arrive to treatWe have also told her many times that the owner of the company will not be contacting her as they do not handle any customer issues and are not in the officeI, the Office/HR Manager have explained that I handle everything and have tried to resolve her issuesShe still then requests the owner to call her In addition, she has not paid for her last two services that we performedI emailed letting her know that we will take care of her balance of $and close the account without a cancellation fee of $since she is still under her one year service agreementThat is $we are waiving for herWe dont feel a full refund is necessary because we performed all services and even sent technicians back several times because she had to reschedule many servicesWe are awaiting her replyIf any attachments are needed , service dates, invoices, emails, signed service agreement or service notifications please let me know and I will forward them accordingly

That is the whole problemI was contacted this morning by a tech who said he was on his way to my houseI told him I was at work and wanted a call from the office, he told me he would let them know and scheduled me for Wednesday and the office would let me know morning or afternoonAgain I received no callI find it surprising that their technication can get through to me but their office can notHe talked me into letting them finish the job, but there office never follows thruI went to the trouble to get a friend to come meet him Wednesday , but since the office didn't call me I don't know if they are coming or notBecause I cannot afford to miss work
