first we are paying for a powertrain which we realize that there sign says LIFE TIME
POWERTRAIN WARRANTY INCLUED THEN IT SAYS ALL CREDIT ACCEPTED.p
purchase date Dec 18,19 When we were buying the car the sales girl LIZ every time I wanted to ask a question about the car she would get up and go somewhere this happened quite often and she always would eat talking to us not professional. I wanted to tell her why i'm paying for a powertrain when the sign says LIFETIME POWERTRAIN WARRANTY INCLUDED. THEN SHE COMES BACK and I ask her again and she says only some cars. Then she was surpose to ask the owner about it he never called. Then the second day we realize the lock wasn't working we went there and we told her the lock wasn't working and I told her she was surpose to call to get my headlight clean. And I ask her about getting and extra key and there wasn't any gas in the car when I took it to work. She said she will talk to the owner about the lock and call for the appointment for the headlights and talk to cadillac for and extra key. And give me a gift card for the gas. Well that never happened We then realize she never gave us our copies of the paper work thats another thing she would get up and disappear and we forgot again to tell her we needed that plus I had my grandchild with us which that was a mistake because thats why we forgot to get a copy to. so we waited a couple of weeks to see if we would get a call and no call so we went there to get our copies of the contract and the owners wife was rude we exactly called it a packet instead of copies and she air quoted packet to the sales kid. My husband ask for the owner *** to call him no call again. Then I realize it was Jan 17 th on my car plate my husband called there asking do you know when the plates are coming in she said they been here. NEVER CALLED. Up front there so nice but when they get your money you would never here from them
want to know about the powertrain why we are paying for something that your sign says clearly lifetime warranty included and my lock on the passenger *** to be fix that should of been fix before it was up for sale
SPOKE TO THE CUSTOMER ABOUT THE LIFETIME POWERTRAIN IT WAS A MISUNDERSTANDING THEY DID NOT SEE ON THE SIGN ASK FOR DETAILS I EXPLAINED ITS FOR A 5 YR OR NEWER 50K OR LESS VEHICLE THEY BOUGHT A 2012 WITH OVER 90K ON IT. THE KEY THEY SAID THEY WANT TO BUY IT WAS NEVER PROMISED FOR A SECOND KEY AND THEY SAID THEY WANT TO PAY FOR IT. I TOLD THEM I WILL CALL MY KEY GUY AND GET THEM A DISCOUNT. HEADLIGHTS WERE TAKEN CARE OF WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF THEM BUYING THE CAR BY TREADZ AUTOMOTIVE. THERE WAS NO PROMISE OF A DOOR HANDLE BEING FIXED SIGNED PAPERS BUYING AS IS BUT I TOLD THEM I WOULD CHECK INTO IT

I didnt get back to you because I was waiting for answers he got back to me and he said he would look in to this then a week went by he said his guy for the key would be 180.00 dollars which I never ask him to buy the key I wanted a price and for the gas card that was his saleswoman Liz not me. For the lock not handle went to his guy who he deals with went at 12::00 said it was to late to look at it went back again on my day off and the guy said Andy can get the parts cheaper. Called Andy told him what the guy said never got back been calling for weeks and when I called I get an attitude from Liz.
