I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11292360, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

I am rejecting this response because:
You had the fridge against the wall, so people could see the rest of the damageThe damage you assured us was tiny in the front and you said that was ALLI was being honest and gave you cash up frontYou took advantage and were dishonest and rudeI had to get a piand be able pick up the fridgeWe came to pick up the fridge and finally saw the entire damage that you dishonestly HID against the wallYou are dishonest, and won't pick up the phone and are never at the warehouseYou swore at my daughterYou said yourself you could sell it after people see the while damageYou are running a scheme and it is not a legitimate business I did not even get a legitimate receiptI have no choice but to take it, you stole my money with dishonestyI will call the local whistle blower hotline to investigate your schema against honest peopleWhy is there always an excuse for you not being at the warehouse? If the fridge is the nicest piece, than why can't you sell it now that it is not against the wall and everyone can see the extent of the damageI just wanted my money back because of misleading advertising, I will just get someone to investigate you and your business, several people in community have had the same problem, advertisement and not dealing with costumers in a honest wayOnce you have someone's money you do not care and refuse to address except with swearingI can get a transcript of the phone call where you used vulgar language on my daughter and use it to show people

We sold them a fridge from our Scratch and dent semi load sale. We put the pieces in our warehouse and hold a two day saleWe do not use any pressure and allow people to make there own judgements on quality as some appliances are better than othersThey chose one of the nicest ones paid
for it and said they will be back to pick it up in a few daysWell now it has been near a month, the other pieces are sold and another will be here soon. They come in now only to tell us they had found a better deal @ searsOur local sears store was recently advertised as going out of businessSo after telling them we cannot return it they resort to saying the damage was worst than they had thought and now do not want the fridgeAll sell as is where isWe also have a day ruleIf you purchase something here and it is left for more than days it is subject to be resold, disposed of or donated. We will donate it by months end if not picked upWe just do not room
