The user may need to enter the "www." prefix when trying to access the website, or may need to try a different internet browser The entire website url is www.mpsutility.com AutoPay is an automatic payment program customers may enroll in for monthly payment of their utility bill Once the customer enrolls, Moorhead Public Service (MPS) initiates the Automated Clearing House (ACH) transaction through the banking system to withdrawn funds from the customer's bank account on a monthly basis The AutoPay application is available on the MPS website and it requires a signed application and a voided banking document to enroll There is no cost to enroll in Autopay and there is no monthly fee MPS' other payment options without fees include cash or check payment in our office, or check payments through the mail

I am rejecting this response because:
My bank has verified with me that my payments to this company were made timely and the only way it would be late is negligence on their endWhy would I enable a company like this to have access to my bank account when this is how they treat their customersAll my other bills are automatically withdrawn because I know if there's an issue, they will take care of itThis company would take it and run so I would never allow them access to my bank accountI find it funny how I am charged recycling fees, but service not available to meThis company is a fraudI will be moving out of this county/state as soon as my lease is up.

Ms***,MPS' water distribute workers do their best to notify customers via door knocking, fliers, or other means of communication prior to shutting off water for repair work. MPS does not guarantee service availability 100% of the time and does not compensate customers for service interruptions or transient water quality issues. We will do our best to coordinate with you during future periods of service interruption. Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention

I am rejecting this response because:This is not a resolution or even an attempt at one. I was not contacted prior to my water being shut off, as I stated to them in my email.

Moorhead Public Service has responded to the customer inquiries related to water service (see attached).  In each instance attempts were made to communicate with affected homeowners prior to the start of the water distribution system maintenance work.  MPS has had multiple watermain breaks...

within the last few days and has attempted to repair the watermain and restore water service as efficiently as possible.

As per my phone call to [redacted], MPS' first notification of this complaint was via email on March 25, 2016 and again on March 26, 2016, yet your emails state 2nd notice.  Please update your records to indicate MPS' first notification was March 25, 2016 and allow MPS sufficient time to...
