immediately notify and provide Success Tax Relief, Inccopies of any and all

Notices include those received prior to becoming a client of Success Tax Relief
as well as any and all notices received any time after becoming a client of
Success Tax ReliefClient also agrees to immediately notify Success Tax Relief
should they receive any calls directly from the [redacted] or any State taxing
authorityClient further understands that they are not to engage in any
conversations with the [redacted] or State taxing authorities during the term of this
agreement without prior consent of Success Tax Relief
Client agrees to
make timely payments and timely file all federal/state tax returns as required
by any agreements, settlements, and or compromises that are made with the [redacted],
State tax authority(s), and or any other taxing authority as agreed to

Success Tax Relief's representation of client is conditioned upon the client
staying current with all future tax liabilities as they become dueFailure to
stay current with any and all tax liabilities will be cause for termination of
this agreement as it would greatly affect the ability for Success Tax Relief to adequately represent the client and
advocate on the client's behalf
Client further
understands that the [redacted] and or State taxing authority(s), as a result of any
non-compliance, may reject any resolution of the Client's tax delinquency
matter and decide to reinstate any tax liabilities, penalties, and interest that
may have been forgiven, abated, or waived
Client agrees to
respond promptly and completely within days of any request for information or
documents made by Success Tax Relief, [redacted], State taxing authority(ies), and /
or any other taxing authority
By signing this
agreement, client agrees and acknowledges that Success Tax Relief, Inchas
advised the client of the client obligation to fully and accurately disclose
the nature and extent of the client financial situation, including, but not
limited to, assets, liabilities, income, and expensesFailure to accurately
and fully disclose that information, or by
over-stating or understating any financial information may ultimately
invalidate any agreement entered into with any taxing authority and jeopardize
the ability of Success Tax Relief to negotiate a resolution with the tax
authority
Client agrees to
submit all forms prepared by Success Tax Relief and provided to client without
any changes or alteration, along with any documents, copies of tax returns,

By signing this
agreement below, and in order to secure the representation and services of
