Re: Complaint ID [redacted] I wanted to take a moment to respond to this complaint.• The first point is the management company that managed this buildingduring the event in December was Bachtel PropertyManagement, Inc and not Moorman Properties, LLC so I cannotcomment to the lack of responsiveness or professionalism that thecustomer mentionsMoorman Properties, LLC assumed managementof the property on July • When the tenant gave notice that she would be vacating the propertyin November I discovered that the deadbolt had been changedand the lower passage knob was drilled out beyond repairI notifiedthe tenant that this was in violation to her lease agreement regardingalterations made to the property and I would have my locksmith installthe correct lock on the door The locks are not selected as a personal preference as stated in thecomplaintThe entire building is on a Schlage mastered system andtherefore the specific brand of lock was required to match the others inthe buildingMy locksmith changed the hardware and keyed the newlockI provided the tenant with a copy of the invoice and she wascharged this amountWe did not markup or profit on this action at all.The bottom passage lock was damaged beyond repair and is anirreplaceable vintage lockThe tenant was not charged anything forthis as I have no way of replacing it It is unfortunate that the tenant feels improperly charged for this service but$is a real costs sustained by Moorman Properties, LLCThe tenantlost her keys and is upset that this mistake made by her has cost so muchmoney If you have any further questions please contact me at 206-856-or***@moormanproperties.com Thank you,Alex J [redacted] Moorman Properties

responsiveness or professionalism that thecustomer mentions. Moorman Properties, LLC assumed managementof the property on 1 July 2015.
• When the tenant gave notice that she would be vacating the propertyin November 2015 I discovered that the deadbolt had been changedand the lower passage knob was drilled out beyond repair.
