Moorpark Auto & Smog

Review: I went to this business to get a smog check. The technician spent several minutes under the hood of the car before emerging to attach the smog equipment. The technician claimed that the battery to my car was disconnected therefore the test failed. He instructed me to drive the car for a few hours then return for another test. I told them that it had been over a year since ANYONE was under the hood but agreed to drive around for a few hours. Upon returning, I was told it was the same problem and I would have to pay to get it re-tested. needless to say, I chose to go to another smog location for the retest. I spoke with [redacted], who claimed to be a manager about a refund and he stated "we do not give refunds". I would appreciate any help you could provide in getting some relief here. thank you!Desired Settlement: As I received no benefit from the service, I expect a refund of $50.00; the amount that I paid for the service.
