They drove the vehicle from our repair facility. That means they had and have the keys. She was home with the vehicle for several days. ...

Then called us and asked for the keys. We're like WHAT?
 
My mechanic never touched the spare tire and it was never removed by Bills repair. The fuel tank is infront of the rear axle.
 
She is ticked off because she did not have the money in her account to pay the bill.  Wanted us to hold a post dated check, that we declined and at that point we required payment to be made in CASH.
