I rented the moose hall in Marion ***I was told three different times that I could get in at seven in the morning to decorate the hall for my wedding reception Brian ***h himself told me the week of the wedding he would be there to let me and my family in to decorateMultiple family friends and I arrive at the hall August at am and the doors are locked no one is thereMy step dad finds Brian ***h via [redacted] and gets ahold of him that wayBrian gets there minutes late lets us into the hall and the hall is a big mess from the band that played there the night beforeTables had food crumbs all over and were sticky food all over the floor and decorations I was told would be taken down were still upWhen I brought all this up to Brian that he was late and I have to clean the hall before I can decorate when I only have a limited time before I have to start getting ready for my wedding he stated, " if you don't like it I will shut this whole thing down now." He did not apologize once didn't help clean or take down decorations he watched while my family friends and I rushed around to get things ready in a timely manner for my weddingThe bartender shows up and has no idea what is going onDidn't no when the reception was suppose to start if it was an open bar or a cash bar or when it ended she was not informed on anything except to show up todayAfter the wedding we take down all the decorations wipe up all the tables wipe up the counters in the kitchenThe next day my step dad gets a message via [redacted] stating that my whole family is slobs we will not be getting the deposit back so on and so forthMy step dad ha nothing to do with the hall I'm the one who rented it in my name and Brian did not contact me at allI thought was very in business likeSo I contacted Steve [redacted] who I was told by moose international was Brian's boss via email and phone I was told he would get back with meTwo weeks later after emailing and calling I get no response so I contact Ed [redacted] who I was told was Steve's boss who again said he would get back to meIt has been almost two weeks and he has yet to contact me or return any callsI'm very disappointed in how this business is ran and want to warn anyone wanting to rent a hall with one the moose facilities for a special occasion of the horrible experience I have had so farIt almost two months after my wedding and no response yetThe hall was rented under my maiden name of [redacted]
