Complaint[redacted] I Purchased a 2010 [redacted] from moose jaw ford March of this year, I had got the sales guy to send me pictures of the car , and I really didn't notice the damaged front drivers side bumper , once the car was delivered to me , I really didnt notice the damage right off the start. I had been in contact with [redacted] at moose jaw in regards to the damaged bumper via email and phone , ad he is refusing to fix this matter .Desired SettlementI would like this matter fixed [redacted]In this transaction we waived the customers down payment needed ($1200) which the customer was aware of and he had pictures of the car and opportunity to view it prior to signing. He complained about this after the fact. [redacted] I tried to get him to call me on my cel phone and reason this out in one phone call and get something resolved but he only wants to be emailed. The ball is in his court to give me a call. [redacted]

Complaint2003 [redacted] was to be repaired for heating problems, has been in shop 3 times for this, car still not repaired and almost $1500 has been charged.Apr. 23/2014 Car was taken to Moose Jaw Ford service and was requested to change thermostat , this was not done but flushing and new fluids etc. installed and problem was not fixed. Billed me $461.35 and suggested doing what they had already tried but this time change the thermostat, the only item I directed them to do they didn't .finally replaced themostat, but when heat wasn't getting into passenger cabin, they took it apart again and found the thermostat in on an angle causing thermostat crossover assembly to break, charged me $973.36, was told heat now working, I did not check my mistake but it was one of the weeks that the weather was in the 30's. Took car back again for coils and told them that the heat was still not working , I was charged another $129.95 because they checked and I was correct that the heat was not workingIn total I have been charged $1495 for work to have interior car heater fixed and it still doesn't .Desired SettlementThe refund of payment is all that will satisfy this situation, [redacted]Business Response WE HAVE REVIEWED ALL DOCUMENTS REGARDING THIS FILE. WE DID FLUSH OUT HEATER THE FIRST TIME, WHEN CAME BACK IN WE REPALCE THEREMOSTAT AND FLUSHED(NO CHARGE FOR FLUSH) THEN WHEN CAME IN AGAIN THERE WAS ANOTHER CONCERN WHICH THEN WE REPAIRE GIVING THE CUSTOMER A DISCOUNT. THE LAST TIME CUSTOMER CAME IN WAS FOR A DIFFERERNT HEAER CONCERN THAT THE CONTROL WILL NOT SWITCH. WE HAVE REIMBURSED CUSTOMER FOR THAT DIAGNOSIS AND WILL BE IN CONTACT WITH CUSTOMER. Complaint[redacted]I bought a 2012 Ford Fusion Se from [redacted] at Moose Jaw Ford in Moose Jaw Saskatchewan, on Friday December 13th 2013, [redacted] I noticed that all four of my tires were bald, and the driver side rim had a good sized chunk out of it, so I took my car to [redacted] and they checked it out, they then told me that all 4 of my tires were legally bald[redacted] I had talked to the guy that sold me the car, he said he could only get me 2 new tires, but could do nothing about the broken driver side rim or the other 2 tires that need replacing.Desired SettlementI would like the driver side rim replaced, and 4 new tires put on my car to ensure it is a safe ride.Business Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted] gmContact Phone: XXX XXX XXXXContact Email: [redacted]@yahoo.caMy name is [redacted]. As soon as the car came in we had it washed and the customer showed up to view it and decided it would work. He then took it home and proceeded to phone us and complain about the tires. We never had time to inspect the car because the customer wanted it asap and had no complaints when he first inspected it. Had we know the car was in dire need of tires we would have put tires on the car and sold it to someone else. In the transaction with Mr. [redacted] there was no margin for tires and he would not be driving that car today, because [redacted]. We have since given the customer 2 tires as goodwill. He had the right to addresss the rim and tire issue before consumating the deal which would have resulted in no deal.[redacted]Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I was told before the vehicle was picked up that it was inspected and safe to drive, [redacted] upon seeing the tires in the light and talking to a tire specialist, I was informed that the condition of the tires when I drove it off the lot were [redacted], [redacted]
