I'd like a $28.97 refund since their website states all orders will be processed within 7 days OR they will contact the consumer if they have high amount of sales. I have sent a dozen messages asking when my order will be shipped since it's been 15 days and all I've rec'd is a tracking number. Every day I check USPS and it says the USPS is awaiting the package. They took the money out of my account on Feb 24th. I'd like a refund since they didn't ship my shirt and will not respond to any of my emails or FB messages.

Due to the corona virus our warehouse and employees were temporarily closed and unavailable. We are now reopen and due to the customers email that she sent, we ready issued a full refund to the customer. On our webpage we wrote that due to the corona virus, packages would be delayed.
