Review: We bought a Wolverine Side-by-side from Riderswholesale.com and have had nothing but problems getting answers/parts/service from them since. We have had to have service done on our atv in West Virginia because we were told by them that Mooser Moto doesn't service them. We trailered our atv to and from West Virginia twice. Those trips cost us approxamiately $2500. We have had to get parts from companies in California and Michigan because Mooser Moto will not answer our calls or emails. We have been putting up with this nonsense for almost a year now. I would like to think that when you spend $7500 on a product that you could count on service, obviously that isn't true.Desired Settlement: Answering our calls/emails would be a nice start. We saved our receipts for our trips to WV and reimbursement would be appreciated.

Review: Purchased ATV from Riders Wholesale/ Mooser Moto LLC June 2013...have not received the product....BJ says will deliver next week...this has been going on for a year and a half....we have proof they rec'd the ck...sent return receipt...got my lawyer involved.. lawyer sent a letter and gave BJ 30 days to respond.. either return money or deliver the product.... 30 days have past and no response.. I am sending a complaint to the North Carolina Attorney General's office...we need help please...Desired Settlement: Would like delivery of the product or refund....

Review: I placed an order with them and sent the money as required and have been unable to contact themMy bank was also unable to make contact and since has cancelled the loan. I paid some of the money by check. I contacted them and left a voice mail. This contract has been sent to the bank and me with a vin# I would really like to get the unit that I ordered but have no way to make things work without someone helping. I do have a copy of the contract and so does the bank.Desired Settlement: I want the unit that I ordered or at least compensated for my loss.

Review: Warning...Warning.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY...Heres why.I placed an order with Riders Wholesale 110 orbit rd Statesville NC for a biells 50cc scooter.That was the first mistake.When I received the scooter it was shipped from Mooser Moto Riders STE 505 2533 ROYAL LN,DALLAS TX 75229.Had I been home,I would not have excepted the crate.It looked like it was dropped out of a low flying plane onto my porch.The scooter inside looked even worse.scratched,broken,dented missing parts.I immediately tried contacting phone #'s for Riders Wholesale.Could not reach anyone.Left several messages about damages also sent emails.After about 10 days,several more attempted calls and emails,I received an email from April advising she needed pics of damages.I sent pics as requested.Another 10 days,no response from them.I sent an email giving them 10 days to contact me or I would seek legal advise.about 9 days later received a call from BJ stating I needed to file a damage claim with the shipping company.After several other attempts to get in contact with them without success,I sent them a certified letter.Got receipt back,signed by April Mills proving she received the letter.That was 2 weeks ago.No response from them.I even requested a parts price list,so I could purchase the damaged parts making it rideable.I cannot post here what Iwould like to do with the scooter.I did contact the Revdex.com,filed a report with the statesville pd,and am in contact with an attorney.I ordered this scooter for my son who has had 7 heart surgeries,a artificial heart valve and other medical problems,and they are aware of this.If they treat all their customers like this (and they do)they would throw their mother under a bus!!DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.THEY NEED TO BE CLOSED DOWN AND RAN OUT OF NC.MORE BAD REVIEWS FROM A LOT OF OTHER WEB SITES.GOOGLE THE COMPANY AND SEE FOR YOURSELF.Desired Settlement: refund and bussiness shut down.

Review: I placed an order on nov. 7, 2013 for a wolverine 700 (utv) with enclosure total price was 7,575.00. Order # [redacted]. B.J. told me it would take about 2 to 3 weeks to receive. Over the past month he has promised and guaranteed me that it would ship this week, same thing the following week. On Jan. 2nd, 2014 I cancelled order with B.J, and I stated that I would also like something in writing. To this day I have not received anything from B.J. He stated he would send me a check the following week, still nothing. I am a disabled Vet. and would like nothing more than my money back.Desired Settlement: Full refund of 7,575.00

Review: I have a six month warranty parts with the company and my kick starter for my scooter broke. I have called at least dozen times and have e mailed them and they keep saying we will have a tracking number by the end of the day. This has been going on for 2 months now and my warranty will end before they ship it.Desired Settlement: replace my kick starter is all I want.

Review: This all started on Nov 19, 2013 to purchase a [redacted] at the business listed. We sent a cashiers check for the amt of the UTV and Co stated it would be 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. After several conversations and e-mails with manager [redacted], he assured us the unit would be coming. As of today and serveral hardships later, we still do not have it. This has been a night mare since this process began. We have heard nothing but lies, therefore the last time we talked to [redacted] Feb 2014 we asked for a refund and of course we have not heard anything. We are not interested in this unit due to the lies and time passing. We just want our money returned to us in a timley manner.Desired Settlement: We would like a full refund in the same manner that we sent to them which was a cashiers check.

Review: I have had several problems with riderswholesale.com. I purchased a scooter from them with a rack and trunk. The rack and trunk were never delivered and the many calls. voice mail messages, and emails that I sent were never responded to. It has been almost two years and the rack and trunk are still not in my possession.Additionally, the scooter overheated. I was verbally told to get work done on it and then the amount of money that I spent getting it fixed would be refunded under their warranty. I spent over $400 getting the scooter fixed, filled out the necessary paperwork, and never heard back from them.They are dishonest, do not answer phone calls, emails, or messages, and do not fulfill their own warranty.Desired Settlement: I would like the $150 for the rack and trunk refunded. I would also like the warranty work paid for in the amount of $450.

Review: I wired $5,600 on 8/16/2013 for a 4x4 UTV Side by Side in which I was told it would take 48 hours to process the order 7-10 days to get it delivered. Almost 4 weeks later I can not get this business to return a phone call or process this order. I have $5,600 sitting in this dealerships till and I cant get this dealership (North Carolina Licensed Dealer #0071265) to return a call or give me my machine! I finally got through today (9/11/13) and it will be ANOTHER 2 weeks! From 7-10 days to 6 weeks?Desired Settlement: I want my UTV put on a truck and I would like to know when I can expect my UTV delivered.

Review: I [redacted] ordered 4 UTV's from RidersWholesale.com, or Mooser Moto Inc, July 16, 2011, and wired money to them on July 19, 2011. I had been talking back and forth with Riders Wholesales and made the deal with there sales men [redacted] and [redacted] both of whom work for Riders Wholesales. When I talked with Jim I made the deal for four UTV's. One four seater silver and three two seaters, one black, one green, and one camo. I ordered all four machines loaded with windshields, chrome wheels, winch, tops, and road packages(turn signals, horns, and mirrors). The price came to $26,000 with a $2,250 shipping cost for a grand total of $28,250. Machines were supose to have arrived 4-6 weeks after ordering. I called Mooser and was told it would be another 4 weeks by Jim. When the eighth week came I was having a hard time to contact anyone at Mooser. I finally was able to contact the secretary and was told [redacted] would be taking over for [redacted]. On September 30, 2011, I called [redacted] and he told me something had happened and he was trying to get a loan and did not have to UTV's, and also did not have the money to pay me back. I explained to him that once he had recieved his loan I expected a refund of $28.250, the money that he had taken from me. He said "I understand, you have to do what you have to do." then hung up the phone.Desired Settlement: I expect BJ Mooser of Riders Wholesale to pay me back what he owes me.

Review: Ordered a UTV with a snow blade. Rider's wholesale never shipped the snow blade. The UTV had some damage on the front bumper which they said they would resolve by replacing the bumper but they never shipped it either.Desired Settlement: Ship the snow blade and replace the front bumper with a new one.

Review: Ordered a Wolverine 500 UTV in early Feb of 2014. Was told it would be shipped in 4-6 weeks and still have not received 5 months later. Tried calling the business over and over and they will not answer the phone. The two times they answered they said our UTV was going to be shipped on Friday but he was out of town and could not give us shipping information and would call me back. Guess what... Never a call back! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I have been leaving message after message for them to refund my $5,800. Guess what... still can't get a hold of them!!Desired Settlement: I want my $5,800 back!! I have the cancelled check to prove payment.

Review: I ordered a 2012 Wolverine 800 EFI 4WD UTV on December 13th, 2012. They requested a wire transfer of the total purchase price of $6,930.25 to place the order. Shipment of the 2012 Wolverine has never happened. Today is April 19th, 2013 and I have never seen any product......ever. In the last 4+ months I have tried to contact via e-mail and telephone. The one time I visited with someone they promised another shipping date which has also come and gone. STILL NO PRODUCT. This company has stolen my $6,930.25Desired Settlement: COMPLETE REFUND OF $6,930.25

Review: I purchased a scooter from riders wholesale aka mooser moto;I Was told it would ship out with in a week this was July 14 2013, as time passed it didn't ship I called numerous times an was given a different excuse each time I called,it got to where they wouldn't answer the phone if my no was displayed an went to voicemail so I *67ed my phone no an it was picked up by the second ring;I ended up speaking to the owner an was told it would be dealt with when he returned to the shop,this was the end of July,I finally told them I wanted my money back,but was told it had shipped the day before as it turned out this wasn't true it was another in a long list of evasion an out right lies; The scooter did ship the 1st wk.of aug an I received it on the 14th of aug.but there was no mco an there was damage to the bike I called an spoke to April Mills,an was told to email pics of the damage an that she would overnite the mco; an that the damaged parts would ship promptly nether happened.the mco or certification of origin arrived with the wrong vin no an parts still haven't showed up;I ended up paying 100.00 for a bond so that it could be plated an had a state trooper verify the vin; my research has uncovered many people that they have harmedDesired Settlement: I would like for them to send the replacement parts, windshield,an surrounding mounting structure as both were broken an to stand behind their product . The way things stand I have no warranty on a new bike so if motor issues come up I have no where to go.This has been a very expensive lesson an as I researched belatedly ;I can't understand how they stay in business an treat their customers like this,nor can I understand why the state hasn't taken any legal action

Review: 5/16/13-by phone ordered 2013 wolverine 800 4wd utv $7785.00 rec email conf.same day,sent check for full amt.5/21/13 check cleared bank.5/24/13 called talked to chris about status of order 5357 he stated he was parts man he would have bj owner to call me.never rec call.5/30/13 called talked to april about status.she said she would check with whse and call me back never did. 5/31/13 called april she said bj was handling this order,she would have him call me,never did.6/3/13 chris said he gave bj msg to call me 5/24/13 I asked him to give bj msg to call, never did. 6/21/13 called got chris told him I wanted to cancel order 5357 ,he said would have to do on line,isent email stating ,I want to cancel this order(#5357) and request a refund.I have not rec email or call to conf my request.over this period of time,I have called many times,got recording to leave msg,have never rec call back.6/22/13 difficult co to do business with,question honesty, [redacted]Desired Settlement: refund of $7785.00 asap

Review: I purchased a 50cc scooter for riders whole in march 2012 it arrived a month later and a week later it stopped working called the company and recieved the run around from april mills I took the scooter to the shop and paid to have it fix. there was nothing but problems with the scooter called the compnay and finally agreed to have them pick up the scooter and they would refund my money they never refunded my money and picked up the scooter and havent heard from them since my calls go unansweredDesired Settlement: a full refund
