Moovers: This is false. Our company in no way shape or form offers "unlimited time and items". If...

Mrs. [redacted] is going to accuse Moovers of this, I urge her to provide one single piece of supporting evidence to the contrary. Moreover, I'm providing the Revdex.com with her Bill of Lading and all other correspondents made with Mrs. [redacted]. You will not find any such literature that claims unlimited time and items.
Our pricing model is a fixed price that is based on the inventory to be moved. If the inventory changes than the price changes. This is the reason [redacted] acquired her inventory as Mrs. [redacted] previously stated. By her own acknowledgement she knew this was based on a specific inventory. You will see evidence of this multiple times in the literature I have provided.
[redacted]: "When the moving crew arrived 2 1/2 hours late, they wanted to do inventory".
Moovers: Again, this is false. Attached are the bill of lading and an email correspondent that shows Mrs. [redacted] had an arrival window from 8am -1pm. The bill of lading shows our start time at 10:45. Well within the arrival window. Again, if Mrs. [redacted] is going to accuse Moovers of this, I urge her to provide one single piece of supporting evidence to the contrary.
[redacted]: "They only took big furniture and 10 boxes because they said that was the only thing on the inventory."
Moovers: I hate to sound like a broken record but this again is false. Attached is the bill of lading showing the additional items we took free of charge. You'll notice that next to the Additional Inventory Charge it states +256. You'll also notice there is a line drawn through it because we waived that additional charge.
[redacted]: "The only reason I hired a moving was for an extremely heavy armoire that needed to be moved. They said it was too heavy and left it along with half of the rest of my belongings".
Moovers: The issue was not that it was too heavy. Don't get me wrong it was heavy. However, Mrs. [redacted] is conveniently leaving out that in order to move the armoire, it had to be lifted above a banister and lowered to an awaiting person on the steps. Additionally, she leaves out that we did infact try to move it. However, during the attempt, I deemed it too unsafe for both my employees, her armoire and her home. We didn't move it because it was to heavy. We didn't move it because it was unsafe.
[redacted]: "I am requesting a refund due to false advertising.".
Moovers: Again, this is false and her request is based on a lie. We have not or have ever advertised unlimited time and items. To reiterate once more. If Mrs. [redacted] is going to make these accusations I urge her to provide one single piece of supporting evidence to the contrary.
[redacted]: "they never took the $20 off".
Moovers: Mrs. [redacted] is correct about one thing. We did infact forget to take the $20 off before running the bill. Despite Mrs. [redacted]'s false claims and the fact that we moved $256 worth of additional inventory. Moovers is willing to offer her a refund for the $20. We respectfully decline any other refunds requested at this time.
[redacted]: "I am a single parent of 2 girls and a school teacher, I have no money to give away and it kills me how these companies don't mind taking advantage of the working poor".
Moovers: This message is directed towards [redacted] herself. You have made false claims and have not used one single shred of evidence to support these claims. The reason you have not and will not be able to provide this evidence is because the claims are false. Additionally, you are using the claims to fraudulently pay less for you move.
It personally kills me the most that you would use your marital status, kids, job, and poverty status to garner support to your case because it clearly lacks any substantial value. This is wrong and you know it. Moving forward in this arbitration I urge you to stick to facts you can substantiate with evidence rather than hearsay, lies and pity statements.

We cannot provide an explination to unlimited move policy because there simply is no such thing. In what world would there be such a thing. No company in their right mind would ever agree to an "unlimited move". There is no literature on our website, emails, advertisements, etc. that states we have "unlimited" moves.
As Moovers suspected Mrs. [redacted] has again failed to provide any evidence to substantiate her claim. She has once again referenced non-related information to garner support for her meritless case.
The fact that we acknowledge we failed to remove $20 from her overall bill doesn't make us "crooks". It makes us human for a small error. An error in which we have already agreed to refund. An error that should be nullified considering the additional inventory moved for no additional charge. An error that all considering will still be corrected after all arbitration is completed.
I urge Mrs. [redacted] once again to provide one, just one single piece of evidence to substantiate her claim. Not hearsay or unrelated information about her life. Stick to the facts and evidence Mrs. [redacted].
