I am rejecting this response because: I purchased a motor for over $5,and it failed upon installationThe seller admitted he did not mill the heads which contributed to the failure. It was fraudulent to not mill the heads. The seller paid $1,out of a $2,bill to fix the engine so that is was in working orderHow is it possibly ethical for the consumer to have to pay an additional $1,for the engine? Why does a $5,engine now cost me $6,800? How can the seller even justify this? This is wrong. I don't want any other consumers to purchase anything from this seller since he made a conscience choice to deceive the buyer and sell them a worthless productThe only resolution is for the seller to pay the remaining amount due to fix the engine

Customer Service,Re *** ***.,Complaint,ReplyThe Balancer issue was resolved as part of the $Refund, I Volunteered to Cover any issuesin the engine that a former employee had left, not fully completed, for Me, John, and ***'s husband,.. to finish, which I helped Him do, to the best of my ability as an yr old..The oil pitube was the one listed as correct for this engine, If it were too long, the pan would not have bolted up correctly.The $refund, was given in good faith to cover any issues not found on the, day of the purchase..Certainly, there is no intend to short any item, or to cause any Future Problems from the effort toprovide a quality unit for a good long lasting service; Driving, to be realized...This complaint looks like an angry retort, aimed at me, When I felt we were/ are good friends, that is my 'take' on this matter.To wait a year to report an issue, & keep driving; w/out proper oiling, or pressure,Is negligent; not taking responsibilityfor their property Caring the Engine,Built with the intent to be For Good Service...Our warranty policy does not cover high performance work, Policy attached Copy sent to *** July 2016..Mopar Madness is willing to discuss these matters, and offer suggestions..if asked..Signed,John RW***,Aug 16, 2016..I will try to attach a copy of the Warranty Policy on a Second email,..it would not allow an attachment on my first trys

My response, is very Basic,The complaint from , ***, ** Offered the $$Settlement, Plain and Simple, after coaxing me to "Do the right thing, JOHN"; I was reluctant,But, did agree to increase My $offer, to meet his $1450, demand.,I promptly sent the check, "AS AGREED"..$1450,..His Offer..It needs to be noted that info from his local shop, the installer, told Our *** Shop,That *** Had used the Engine VERY HARD, OVER HEATING IT SEVERELY, Pulling a Heavy Trailer, multiple times, and had not used "Breprocedure", I.Eoperating the the engine under Heavy Loads, before the overheating issues were resolved..Resulting in Damage to the engine and causing the Head gaskets to loose seal, and fail.WE, Mopar Madness, John W***, & *** *** ***, *** ***: all consider this a closed issue.The settelment he offered and agreed too, is Paid,and CLOSED>

Mr [redacted]' is not entirely accurate..In a very recent telephone call from [redacted], I offered to RAISE MY ORIG $1200 OFFER FOR THE PART of the [redacted], extravgant Billing, that I had volunteered to cover,..  After considerable discussion  [redacted] offered to me the $1450 settlement,.....

 which a agreed too, after some thought.I then sent [redacted] my check to cover the $1450 offer he proposed..As far as I am concerned the matter is closed by the payment of the offer he made.Signed,John R W[redacted]
