HelloWe received a Revdex.com complaint number [redacted] on against moparwholesaleparts.comsaying customer wants a refund for parts purchased.Attached you will find all the documentation saying that the card was declined and never processedSo the customers transaction was never fully processedThe customer NEVER PAID for the part.It looks like MrRay Alexander is using different email address making it tough for us to see the transaction he was emailing us about[redacted] was used to order the partsBut [redacted] was used to email us the question about the order.The part was still in the customers cart because the order was never fully processedThat is why he received an email saying there were parts in his shopping cart6:AM part was orderedAM CC was authorized and declined8:49PM customer emailed about order.The card was declined immediately and the order was never processed.our direct phone number is on www.moparwholesaleparts.com and on the order info that the customer gets emailed to themWe never received a phone call and no Voice mail was leftAll we got in communications from this customer was the emails that had no orders against them PsI just noticed the paperwork from Revdex.com is sending the emails to a 3ed email address [redacted] Hope this email resolves this and the customers concern are cleared up.Thank you and any questions my info is below [redacted] ***Larry H Miller Dodge Ram AvondaleLarry H Miller Chrysler Jeep AvondaleParts Director [redacted] ***

The customer NEVER PAID for the part.It looks like Mr. Ray Alexander is using 2 different email address making it tough for us to see the transaction he was emailing us about.[redacted] was used to order the partsBut[redacted] was used to email us the question about the order.The part was still in the customers cart because the order was never fully processed. That is why he received an email saying there were parts in his shopping cart.10.22.15 6:26 AM part was ordered10.22.15 6.32 AM CC was authorized and declined.10.23.15 8:49PM customer emailed about order.The card was declined immediately and the order was never processed.our direct phone number is on www.moparwholesaleparts.com and on the order info that the customer gets emailed to them. We never received a phone call and no Voice mail was left.
