Mor Furniture will never get any more of my business. I spent a lot of money for a Serra I-Comfort mattress, Box spring and lift mechanism. The Serta mattress failed horribly within 18 months, just a big depression/sinkhole, impossible to sleep on. They sent a representitive twice, each time they set 2 hollow cardboard circles one on each side of mattress and then strung a weighted string across the mattress to see how much the cardboard sank. I told them the bed is stiff enough to hold up a 3 ounce cardboard circle, I weigh more than that. The rep said if the cardboard circle doesn't sink enough, then the mattress won't be replaced. They came out twice and did exactly the same thing. I told them both times to put their hand on the mattress and press down, the representitive told me they are not allowed to put any part of themselves on the bed, including their hand. Never again. Also complaints about Serta I-Comfort mattresses are all over the internet.
Review: I bought a bed for my son and a new mattress for myself. The company had it in stock on 11/**/15 and informed us it would be delivered the following day on 11/**/15. We got the text saying it would be here between 12 pm and 4 pm. Great, so we stayed home all day and made sure everything was in order so it would be a clean and quick delivery. Well around 230 they called my husband saying they were at the wrong address. I had changed my address 5 times. But they still went to the wrong address. They said they would be there soon and give us a call to let us know the window again. I never got a call. So I called the customer service line and asked when they would be here. She called the wearhouse to see when and she got back on the line with me and informed me they would be at my home, the correct address, from 6 to 7 pm. I said great, thank you. She also offered me a $150 gift card for Mor and an appology letter. I accepted and she told me I will have in in 2 to 3 weeks, great. Then I waited for my call/text saying they were on their way. 2 minutes to 7 pm I finally called the customer service line again. I spoke to a supervisor who I then told the situation to. I have a sick 3 year old who was looking forward to having his new bed tonight, who isn't going to get it. Now I look like the bad guy to my kid. I'm extremely upset and hurt. I spend a lot of money at this company. I've been lied to and mistreated.Desired Settlement: I want to be contacted by the company and for them to explain to me how they're going to make this right.
Review: I order a Piece of furniture from MorFurniture,, it was a living room set. it came missing the wedge legs. They told me they will contact the manufacture and ship the piece to me in 4 to 6 weeks. It has been more than 7 weeks no and Nothing arrived to me.
Moreover every time I call the customer service, they tell me they will check with the manufacture and call me back and no one calls me.
Last phone call with a representative called [redacted], He told me that it the estimated time is 8 weeks not 4-6 and all the other representatives are wrong. he also denied all my previous calls and said that there is nothing on file that proves that I called before
He also refuse to give me any tracking number or any id so that I can prove all this conversation. which mean they can keep pushing the end date forever without being accountable for any deadlines
Also their policy don't allow returns. which would have been my choice given that was this order has so many problems and that the company isn't reliable at allDesired Settlement: If they can't deliver the Missing piece by 10/** which is the new deadline that they offer, I would like to return the whole set and refund my money even if they deduct the shipping which was 100 $
At this time, I have not been contacted by Mor Furniture regarding complaint ID [redacted].
Review: In January 2013, I purchased several articles of furniture from Mor Furniture. At this time, the promotional guarantee in place was a lowest price guarantee for 1 year from the date of purchase. Therefore, I was guaranteed to receive a credit toward my financing for the difference between the price I paid and the lowest price over this year term. On May **, 2013, I went into the store and the sales associate, [redacted], informed me the prices of my items were lower with the current sale and that would result in a credit of $506. I have written documentation from him showing the amount he promised to process through to Genesis financing. He worked with a manager to determine the amount at this time. On 6/** I called the store and spoke with another associate named Rubin and informed him my credit had still not been processed. He informed me he would speak with [redacted], [redacted]'s manager and ensure it was processed. [redacted] returned my call and stated it takes up to 3 credit cycles to process. I called back again on 8/**. [redacted] was out ill and supposed to call me back on 8/**. He left me a message several days later stating corporate needed more information and he would reprocess. I called again on 9/** and spoke with [redacted], the manager who said he would look into and call me back 9/**. [redacted] called me back on 9/** and stated I only receive a 10% store credit due to the credit company I financed with. I spoke with [redacted] the GM to dispute this and she was condescending and rude to me and would only honor a $225 store credit because she "can't just give $500 away".Desired Settlement: I would like for the price guarantee to be honored and to receive the $506 credit to my finance company.
