I am rejecting this response because: *** is only telling half truths, yes he did agree to fix the part that was broken and would call me when he could work on my car; he never called so I went back and he told me he could not find the part at the junk yard and that he wasn't going to do anything about the window because he checked it when he pust the panel back on and it was working-that's a lie because at first he said he didn't have to take the panel off but later admitted to doing so and to fix the window. But, when I went back the last time he acted as if he wasn't going to do either is why I got upset, told him I was going to file a complaint, got in my car and left.I just want the broken items fixed, if he says he will fix them I will go back but not until then; there's no use in me keep going back just to get lied to!

broken and I agreed to buy it myself and fix it for free and she said ok and she left. About one month or longer she came back asking about the part I was going to buy and fix for free and she mentioned that they put the window down and it would not go up anymore. I told her I did not mess with anything only had taken the door pannels off. She got mad got in the car and left without saying nothing. I called her and she did not answer, I left her a voicemail saying "what happened?" , to come back and we could talk about it. But she never called bacl or has ever came back.
