On April 17, 2018, I came home to find the trash I had set out early in the morning strung all over the place because once again tygarts valley sanitation had failed to provide the service they have been paid for This is an ongoing issue that they often do not pick up the trash The owners of this company become nasty and rude when I call to find out find out why the trash has not been picked up, so this time, I didn’t bother I know the outcome before I try from years of poor service and nasty attitudes from this company It’s very sad that this company has been allowed to retain the contract for this area with no competion When the service has been particularly poor, they won’t answer the phone at all The bill is paid by the month and I receive confirmation that they have the payment, so they can’t say I haven’t paid for the service The trash was picked up the prior week, so it is a mystery what excuse they can use for not picking up last week other than they know they ca

Morales Masonry, Inc(MMI) was hired based on a recommendationThrough the course of MMI’s work, it came to my attention through the advice of industry professionals that Morales’ work was not consistent with industry standards, specifically the french drainIn addition, Morales advised that the french drain was "finished," yet it was not completed according to contract specificationsWhen confronted, Morales advised that he would not continue work unless paid additional moneyMMI was thus terminated for not completing the french drain per contract specificationsOnce terminated, I had two independent inspections by professional home inspectors review all of his projects at the propertyThe inspections revealed functional and safety issues related to MMI’s workItems that were of concern per the inspections include the following:
-The french drain installation
-Concrete stoop installation
-Stoop rail installation and fabrication
In addition, MMI completed unauthorized work on the propertyThe unauthorized work includes the following:
-Brick work on the north side of the propertyAdditional Notes:
MMI attempted to bill me in the amount of $for a new railRust is located throughout the rail giving evidence that it is not newIn addition, welding on the hand rail indicates that the rail is not newThe rail company from where MMI allegedly purchased the rail, advised that the rail is not installed correctly or safely and that new rails installed by their company do not have rust located throughoutMMI sent me a bill charging me for the “fabrication & installation” of the rail by the subject rail companyThe subject rail company advised that they did not install a rail at the subject property addressMMI utilized the Revdex.com (Revdex.com) logo on their marketing yard sign that they posted at my houseA review of MMI on the Revdex.com website indicated that they are not accredited with the Revdex.comThus, MMI is utilizing the Revdex.com logo on their marketing material advertising that they are a "Revdex.com Member" without being accreditedI have the yard sign in question that they utilized in my yard and can provide proof of the marketing
Builder subcontracted Morales Masonry Inc to install a stamped concrete patio in the back of my house. The patio turned out really bad as Morales Masonry installed it during the rain (they admitted it after the fact) and never came back to fix until we complained to builder as it was still under warranty. Morales Masonry came back after 18 month and re-stamped the patio, and let us choose the color to stain it with. However, they used the different supplier then the color palette they gave us to choose from. Color was completely different and they have refused to correct it. Also, workers dumped the concrete leftovers on the side of the driveway, and in the bushes on my property and refused to clean up.
Overall, I am rating the with 2 stars as they actually re-stamped the concrete and stained it, but because they refused to correct the color and clean up the mess I can't recommend this company.
