I brought in my wife's car to get a CV shaft replacedWe had already priced the parts at [redacted]  and [redacted] We got quotes ranging from$to $I was working nights at the time and did not have the time or means to fix the problem myself I asked Jesus for a quote and he told me he could do the work in day and for $total; he said that day he would let me use a loaner I took the loaner and expected the car back the next dayAfter work, I went to pick up the car and his wife told me that he needed another dayThey got the wrong partsI was told another dayThe next day same scenarioI received a phone call days later saying that both CV shafts were damagedWe had the car inspected before coming to New Mexico and we were given a clean billSo that was hard to believeAnyway I said go ahead and do the workIt was another $tacked onto the price which made it $totalThat very next day I was told that they received the wrong parts again and that he

Hi i'm Silvia M*** Owner of Morales Repair Shop one of customer came to our Shop to get car fix we checked it , and it was needing a CV Shaft and my mechanic Jesus said that is better to change both CV shaft so the customer agree to replace both side but as everybody knows that we had others cars
in front of hes and I have to order the parts it takes time to get them I have to close my shop to go get the parts and yes I got the wrong parts so I had to reorder the parts , and when we told the customer he was okay with it because he said he didn't have money at the time he was having problems to pay for his parking for the RV where he lives and my husband was offering one of our houses so he didn't have problems but he said he was going to talk to his wife about it in the meantime he was using my Excursion and he was using my Excursion like a taxi he even went to his town without our permission , but we didn't said nothing we are here to help and that's it and about the complain that he is doing I honestly I don't know what he's talking about because my husband gave him a recommendation that he was he was going to have more problems if he keep on using that car to work because of the bad road but here is the Invoice and my notes and a have video recorded where he came in to the shop and of what we did to he's car and we have other people that was here at the time he came to the shop asking for help and he was crying for help because he didn't know what to do !!! just let me know what do I have to do and i'm so sorry about all this, but I don't agree on paying him for something that he didn't pay for

I am rejecting this response because: it is false I have a recording of the lies about the CV shafts as well as the other mechanics professional opinions on the matter We have had to replace tires, rims, tire rods, and do an alignment to get our car back to normalNone of this happened until we left his shop The very day! I asked him why it was doing that and he said it was the hub bearings and/or the assembly I addled him if I should go ahead and buy the parts without him looking at the cat first and he acted like I offended him He told me he had plus years of experience, etcEtcWe did not take out to him as we were scared of being ripped off againWe took it to another mechanic and he said that the assembly and the bearings were fine If you could please send me an address or a phone number to contact someone and I can send you all the recorded conversation where MrM*** tried to overcharge is on both the parts and labor for CV shafts and the lures about the CV shafts being different in size as well as cost(cost ok)from ***/ *** *** than *** He said he got the parts from *** for $plus$ and that want even with labor Wet had already agreed to do all The work including the parts for $When my wife asked him to see the receipts he changed the conversation and commenced to show us the old partsWhich is when we found out that he had cut the left(driver side) CV shaft.The cut was clean as if it were done with a blade I'm a military mechanic of years and I've replaced many CV shafts That cut was not made by wear and tear It was clean He also tried to tell us that the cv shafts were so expensive because they came in two different parts Ludicrous! I've ordered the boot separate but never have I seen any cv shafts come in two separate piecesOn top of all that the front left rim was the worse It had been tampered withThe crack/cut looks like it was done/started with a hacksaw(it is perfectly straight until it started cracking) and it had weights to throw the balance offOnce the gentleman at *** *** took the (brand new) weights off the rim it balanced back out.? I don't think that we are wrong in asking asking too much to get them to pay for all the damage that they have caused Shady business! I was warned of this guy after having the car there daysAt that time I went to get the car back but he had already started taking it apartP.SI have the recorded message and pictures as well as receipts for all the work that has been done after the factMy goal is to be recompensed and/ or at the least not let this happen to anyone elseThank you.

To be totally honest Sir/Ma'am I am rejecting the response because of the fact that there was malicious,  intentional sabotage.  The fact that there were 2 brand new weights to throw off the balance of the car and the rim being hacksawed in my opinion proves the intent clearly. I have proof in pictures and 2 different professional witnesses that could testify to the car being tampered with as well as the rim itself. This car was in excellent condition up to that point. It is my wife's car and as a past U. S. Army mechanic of 8 years I excel in the preventive maintenance field.  I habe many accolades to prove that I know what it is that I'm talking about as far as this situation goes.  I am hoping that the right choice is made in this matter.  Thank you for your time.  God bless.
