Very Unprofessional! I had an appointment at 4:30pm on a ThursdayI got there mins early (4:15)and finally said something to the lady there at 4:40pm asking if she knew how much longer it would be bc I was the only one thereShe said she would check and then came back mins later and said everyone was gone for the day! I waited there for about mins before someone finally told me thatThis was the 3rd time that I had to reschedule my apt due to all the ice (not their fault) and had to take off work earlyI left them a voicemail on my way home and when they called me the next day they said they waited there until 4:50pm and I never showed up(Not true) They also would not give me a refund or anythingI guess you get what you pay for!!!
