*** NEVER called me back or sent me an email That is an outright lie I NEVER agreed to cancel my account I do not agree to being charged $to cancel my account I will accept one more delivery and that will terminate my account The owners of this business are liars I want my account credited the $back and I will accept my last deliver Then I will terminate my account according to the contract

Review: Do NOT sign a contract with this company. You will be screwed! Their oil prices are typically higher than other oil companies. When you sign a contract for a capped prices, its supposed to mean that your rate cannot go higher than that price, BUT if rates drop, so should your price. THIS NEVER HAPPENS UNLESS YOU CALL AND COMPLAIN. I'VE HAD TO DO THIS ALMOST EVERY OTHER MONTH FOR THE DURATION OF MY CONTRACT. Their CAPPED PRICE is really a FIXED PRICE. I have been waiting for my contract to expire, which is this May to move to another company so I wouldn't get charged the early cancellation fee. When I called to request that I receive no more deliveries, they told me that I was still under contract for another AUTOMATIC DELIVERY. I DON'T NEED ANY MORE OIL;. They told me if I didn't accept this delivery I would be in breach of contract. They are BAD news!!!!!!!Desired Settlement: I wish to terminate this contract. I will wait until by termination date according to my contract, but I do not wish to purchase any more oil. NOT needed!

The customer has a cap price agreement @ $3.549 from 10/*/14 to 5/**/15. The last delivery was 2/**/15 193.3 gallons @ $3.269. Nyserda pricing that week was $3.389. The customer called to refuse oil delivery and cancel account. The customer was very upset yelling and using bad language to my customer service rep and also to me. Mrs disconnected phone before I could offer a solution to her complaint about pricing. I would have offered the customer a new fixed price agreement and get her out of old agreement to resolve. I called the customer back and left a detailed message as well as emailing the customer. We did not hear back from the customer. The account was terminated on 4/*/15 with a $399 term fee charged. The customer was given a free service contract the last 2 years as well as $100 promotion credit applied to the account. The account is set up on automatic delivery and the customer refused a delivery and cancelled account before agreem ent was completed. [redacted] faxed over the cap price agreement to the mediator to review. Thank you for allowing us to respond to the complaint.

I will accept one more delivery and that will terminate my account. The owners of this business are liars. I want my account credited the $350.00 back and I will accept my last deliver. Then I will terminate my account according to the contract.
