Review: My wife and I attended an act now or never get another chance at it again sales presentation with Direct Buy or (More Buying Power Inc.,) The presentation was very fast paced, act now, high pressured, sign now or never have it offered again. The paper work was processed at the end of presentation quickly, My wife and I had little time to think it thru. What was explained to us about there services turned out to be not true. owe son had broke our stove several days after we signed on with Direct Buy or More Buying Power Inc. So now we need to purchase a new stove, and go to Direct Buy to see what we can get and the savings we will save. The Customer Services Rep who was helping us was inexperienced and could not help us. We explained what features' we where looking for on the stove we wanted to purchase thru them. The color, electric (not gas) , flat surface, four burners with a warmer burner in middle. The oven we wanted had to have a light, be self cleaning and have two racks with broiling option. The customer service rep could not find what we wanted, and told my wife and I that we where being to picky that it was just a stove. My wife and I where floored by her comment and told her Thank You for you help and left to never return there again. I wish I could have had the guy who did the sales presentation help me with my stove. We left Direct Buy and went to Lowes and got all the features and color we where looking for that same day. My wife and I signed on to this contract 11/**/2009 never used it nor intend to use it, after our dealings with them as explained up top. Before our first payment was due we received a letter in mail saying they sold the account to Beta Finance Company Inc. I was like wow that's weird and then realized we where scammed. I have heard nothing from Direct Buy or (More Buying Power Inc.) till recently 1/**/2014 and it is a collection agency.Desired Settlement: I want contract cancelled and Collection agencies to stop calling and mailing me.

Review: I originally filed a complaint in 2010 when this company refused to give me my money back for damaged furniture although I never took it from their shipping dock. Somehow, you thought it was resolved, but IT IS NOT! They should be on your website with a very bad review. I was awarded membership money and furniture money back by the court due to their breach of contract and unethical business practices, but I am unable to collect on it. They ignore all attempts and move their money around different banks. I still see people on the complaint websites still getting ripped off by them even as of yesterday to date!!!! Please help us!!!!!!!Desired Settlement: As awarded by the court, 4, 287.47 plus some execution fees
