*** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** To Revdex.comAustin, Texas 78754 In Response to Complaint ID # ***More Electric Was Contacted by *** *** on 4/20/to bid a jobFor Habitat For
Humanity re-sale shop located at *** *** *** called to inform us that we had the job and to ask when we could get started with the work*** Ask Her if she would like to draw up a contract to have us sign and she said no we do things by handshakes, so we said ok and explained to her we require a retainer fee of $ to start demo workShe was never told that the retainer was to buy any Materials, because it wasn't*** *** Met Mr*** over at job site on morning of 4/25/17,to unlock the building and he ask Mr*** if He could just hang around and supervise Their volunteers to do all the work, and Mr*** told him no he could not because there volunteers were not licensed Electricians, so We started demo on 4/25/and received retainer check 4/26/17.*** Told us that the walls would be put in on May 12thThat Lowes was sending volunteers to put walls inThis was necessary for us to complete our work.We put men on the demo which took about hrson demo. We then ran all conduit, pulled wire and terminated exterior lights, replaced panel Cover, Ran main trunk wire for rows of Lay -in fixtures for the main building and installed tempLighting at request of *** & *** *** so they would have lighting to work byChanged out phase Breaker to 1 A/C unit. The work on the walls and the ceiling grids were constantly being pushed back, which delayed our workThis went on for about -1/Months.As far as pulling permits, these permits expire after Months if no progress is made on job, then you have to pull new permitsAnd we do Not Believe there will be any Fines issued on this job from More Electric's work. And as far as the some of the work not up to code, that would only be the templighting they ask for which in truth helped out when Harvey came through Because this Building was used to house Flood Victims.*** *** Landfall AugthThis work had been put off since we started demo on 4/And was told walls would be in 5/12/17. Yes More Electric Did Go To Rock Port For Work.So we do not feel they have any Monies coming back to them considering all the work we done & no materials was bought except wire and Conduit that we installed. Sincerely*** *** *** ***
