Good Morning, my name is Lana [redacted] , I am the Office Manager at MORE Properties, LLC I will pull all supporting documentation today and send an additional email, however, I wanted to provide you with some initial information For the past year, the tenants that resided at this property, have repeatedly been contacted by process servers regarding the mortgage being in arrears and that the property was going to be reclaimed by the bank and forclosure proceedings were beginning Multiple times every month this occurred We spent several months trying to contact the owner, they had not updated their contact information, they had moved several times and their phone numbers had changed Once contact was made, the owner assured us that they were not losing the home, and requested that we start making the mortgage payments for them, which we agreed to do However, after a few months, Wells Fargo Bank stated that they could not accept the payments any longer but could not tell us why, as we are not the loan holder The owner was notified of this I have emails to show our communications with the owner We have notified the tenants of the owners intent to sell, as a matter of fact, the tenants wanted to purchase the home, however the owner refused their offer We did find the tenants a new residence, and they have moved out, and I have issued the funds to the owner as well This claim is completely false This is an owner who was accepting rental income, and not paying their mortgage with said income Highly unethical and in direct violation of their management agreement with us In spite of this, we continued to assist the owner while at the same time making sure that we represented the tenants, who did NOTHING WRONG in this situation MORE Properties, LLC disputes this claim made by [redacted] *** The email addresses she provided you with are and have NEVER been used by MORE Properties, LLC
