I made the mistake of taking their word that I could assemble their library wall bed. NO WAY! Make totally sure you have THEM assemble it, which means you can't be located outside their service areas, as I am. Their assembly instructions emphasize that no one should attempt to assemble the unit who is not one of their people, so they lied to me in saying I could assemble it.
