Dennis, the owner, is truly more than a carpenterHe turned the cinderblock, unfinished basement of my house into a very usable spaceHe does a thorough jobHe tuckpointed the cinderblock walls and put up moisture barrier prior to putting in the wall studs and drywallThis helps ensure that there won't be problems down the roadHe also shored up the staircase that I did not realize was unstableThe job also included drywall on the ceiling, putting in closets, installing a window, electric upgrade, lighting, and plumbingHe even put in a surprise shelving unit in the bathroom! Dennis solved many issues along the way including grinding the basement floor to make it more level since it had settled and risen in the many years since it was pouredHe made my wants and needs happenAnd gave suggestions and advice when neededI couldn't be more pleased with the process and finished work

I looked long and hard for a reasonable and reliable contractor to remove some walls between our kitchen and dining room. Since they were load bearing, we didn't want to try to DIY it. I had at least 7 contractors come and take a look at the job, promising to send me quotes and then either disappearing or sending me quotes weeks/months later that were ridiculously high. I finally had someone tell me to look for a local carpenter who would do all the work himself and not need to mark up the work that was hired out like the other guys I'd contacted. I found [redacted] and he came over within a couple days of the initial contact, and then sent me a very reasonable quote within 48 hours of his visit. Ever since, he has been very accommodating, timely, and hasn't nickled and dimed us once the job was underway. He does very solid work and has passed [redacted] county inspections with flying colors. My husband and I have been very impressed and will contact [redacted] for all reno projects in the future.

WOW! ! ! That isn't even close to what we feel about the professionalism and caring company Dennis runs. We stayed with a small room remodel. After seeing the quality work Dennis provided we continued to use him for our electrical and tile flooring needs. He has exceeded all expectations and was very informative about each startup of the project and offered excellent advise along the way. Very trustworthy and reasonably priced. This company truly is more than a carpenter.

Dennis is very professional: incredibly good with communication/updates, always thorough in discussing the job under consideration, very careful to protect the area surrounding the job, great at tidying up after a day's work, and always timely. We are very happy with the bathroom remodel done top to bottom by Dennis. He worked with us to create the perfect space given our budget and goals. We would recommend him!
