More Than Rewards

This company has a website called hogmanager.com that is a product for use by Harley Owners Group chapters. They now claim that their website is out of date and the free offers you are told you can get not valid. On their page, they have a video that states at 1:10 that their product is free to HOG chapters as long as they are an official HOG chapter and are "sponsored by" an authorized Harley-Davidson dealership. They are using the terminology "sponsored by" because every official HOG chapter MUST be sponsored by a Harley-Davidson dealer. Once they get you interested in their product, they tell you it is $75/month and that if your chapter can't pay for it, you should get the dealer to pay for it, or "sponsor" you. They also say they don't give you a trial account, which is clearly posted on the top right of their web page. This is a Bait and Switch tactic of marketing.
Even though the salesperson I spoke to, Christine Murray, acknowledges that the website is giving "supposedly" out dated information, they are not changing their website and continue to market in this fashion. The Revdex.com of Wisconsin says they are unable to report this scam on their Scam Tracker (and the company will keep their A+ rating) so I'll leave this review hoping someone will see it and not waste their time with More Than Rewards, My Chapter Manager, or HOG Manager.
