Review: Ordered product from quickstopcamera.com that was never delivered. Contacted the company and asked for a tracking number they could not provide one. Still have not received item. upon calling company for the fourth time to resolve issue the customer service person was rude, still could not provide any information and hung up on me. When I received my credit card statement the charge appears under the name of more4lessdigital.com Called back and asked for a refund was hung up on again. Still no product and no refundDesired Settlement: Full Refund

Review: The product I bought is from this address for "More4LessDigital". This company is the payment collection place for Delta Closeouts. This complaint is about Delta Closeouts. The address for Delta Closeouts is not valid. The camera was shipped from the More4LessDigital address. Aug 20 I purchased a RED L830 Nikon (Cool Pix) camera for $159.00 with free shipping. I checked my account on 8-**-2015 and saw the charge for $228.95. I called Delta, he said I needed a charger. I said 'I don't know.' He said I had 10 days to return it. Received camera. It was not red. 9-*-15 Called to say I wanted to return charger. He said I couldn't just return the charger, that I had to return the whole bundle, i.e. camera, bag (a cheap Vivitar bag) and charger. He said he upgraded the camera to the "american" version. I asked what the difference was and he said "it's in english". That's a complete lie. He was extremely rude from the git-go, every phone call. He hung up on me several times. Had I not checked my bank statement for the charges, they would have sent the charger anyway. I called for an RMA#. He said to check my e-mail, sign it, send it back (fax) and then I would receive the return address. That's when I read a 15% restocking fee of $34.34 and a loss of shipping of $14.99 which makes my refund $179.62 not $228.95. They are rude and dishonest. He was not clear about anything. And apparently neither address for 'more4lessdigital' and delta closeouts are valid.Desired Settlement: I want my whole $228.95 back. I won't send anything back until he agrees to refund all my money.

Review: [redacted] offers electronics at low prices. They then call customers to say that their credit card info is incorrect. When on the phone, they claim that the electronics you bought need batteries, chargers, etc... but they are having a sale. Very hard, quick sell. I agreed to buy a battery that supposedly did not come with a digital camera for $34. When the camera came, I had been charged $100 more and learned that the battery DOES come with the Nikon camera. After going on-line, I saw that this company is scamming many people (see both '[redacted]' and '[redacted]') I will always google companies first before buying moving forward. This report will hopefully keep others from experiencing the same fate. While the business is listed as being in [redacted] the camera was shipped from "Camera Store, [redacted]" and if you google that, there is no store at that address. When the bill hit my bank, the charge was listed to MORE4LESSDIGITAL which is now a third name that they use and the name that I found on your website.Desired Settlement: These people are preying on others and many lost more money than I did. Many others probably do not take the time to report. My thought is that this is probably just one person, and regardless, should be stopped.

Sincerely,

Review: I placed an order on behalf of Spartanburg Methodist College with More4LessDigital.com to receive 6 Nikon Coolpix S8100 on July *, 2013. When I received my order approximately a couple of weeks later, there were on 4 cameras in the shipment. However, I was billed for 6 cameras. I inquired about 3-4 weeks about the last 2 cameras. They gave a UPS tracking number ([redacted]) for the last two camera. This number has never shown any activity. On August *, 2013, I called to request a refund. I was told that the refund would take week to show up on our statement. On August *, 2013, I sent them an email letting them know that I will contact the campus attorney if the amount of $282.84 was not refunded. As of August **, 2013 no money has been refunded and the campus attorney has sent them a letter. Product_Or_Service: Nikon Coolpix S8100 Order_Number: [redacted]Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Refund I would like to receive the 2 cameras or receive a refund for the 2 cameras.

Sincerely,

Review: This company is a scam, they are selling used cameras as new ones. Had a professional camera Store confirm that I received a used camera. Problem Date camera received 12/*/2014, Purchase Date 11/**/14, Model Nikon D90 DSLR, Order [redacted], Payment Amount $549, Credit Card over the phone. 11/**/14 - Ordered the camera from More4LessDigital over the phone, sales person confirmed that I was purchasing a new camera, it was in stock, and would ship within 3 business days and be delivered 7-10 business days. The camera also included a memory card and other items. If there were any problems I could return it with no problems for a full refund. 11/**/14 - Call More4LessDigital for a tracking number. Their response was there computer were down and they could not give me a tracking number at the time and asked me to call the next day. 11/**/14 - 2nd call to More4LessDigital for a tracking number. Their response was there was no one there at the time please call tomorrow. 11/**/14 - 3rd call to More4LessDigital for a tracking number. Their response was that they did not have a tracking number and they contacted [redacted] and it would be delivered on Nov [redacted] for sure. I responded by saying if you called [redacted] you should have gotten a tracking number. They assured me that it would be delivered. 11/**/14 - No Delivery 11/**/14 - 4th call to More4LessDigital for a tracking number. No one there could provide a tracking number. 12/**/14 - 5th call to More4LessDigital for a tracking number. I finally got a tracking number [redacted]. The camera was not shipped as stated by More4LessDigital but was shipped on 11/**/14. 12/**/14 - Received the camera only to find out that it is NOT a new camera. There is warn usage on the bottom of the camera and marks on the LCD screen. When analyzing the camera the camera has a Shutter release count of 2601, meaning that this camera has taken 2600 pictures already. This clearly identifies the camera as a used camera. Also there was no warrantee card, user manual, and other items identified as apart of the sale. 12/**/14 - 6th call to More4LessDigital, asking for a return authorization number to return the camera. They said I would need to sign a form before I could get a return authorization and that I would have to pay for the shipping back. 12/**/14 - 7th call to More4LessDigital, asking to return camera. They refuse to send me a return authorization to return the camera. unless I pay to send the camera back and pay a 15% restocking fee. When I bought the camera on the Phone the sales representative did not state anything about the camera needs to be returned in 7 days, having to pay to ship it back, nor that I would have to pay a 15% restocking fee. 12/**/14 - Brought the camera to [redacted] in [redacted], [redacted]'s assessment of the camera from one of their certified [redacted] personnel. [redacted] has confirmed that this camera is used and not a new camera as More4LessDigit.com has sold me. I feel strong that this company is selling used cameras to the public fraudulently as new cameras.Desired Settlement: I just want them to give me a Return Authorization, accept the camera and return the money in the amount of $549.

Review: I purchased a camera from [redacted] at a price that was clear on the website and through the purchasing process. The following day I received an email stating that I needed to call to confirm my order. At that point they informed me that the camera I bought was not a US model and would come with no battery and charger and pressed to get me to buy an extra battery that they claimed was $90 but they would give it to me for $50 and still honor the next day shipping that I paid $109 for. I needed the camera and was in a pinch and couldn't risk waiting yet another day in finding another place to order so I reluctantly agreed. After the purchase my credit card statement listed

When the item was delivered the charMore4Less.com. This was not the company I ordered from. When the product was delivered it was from yet another company "Camera Shop" with a phone number that led me to thedigitalpros.com. The camera seemed to be OK but it was a body only camera in a kit box with the original manufacturer battery replaced with a generic battery.

Ultimately what I found out was that all the companies are just shells for the same online scam routine. The people I spoke to on the phone for all the numbers were in the same location and in some cases the same people. When I wanted to return the item the said they would charge me at least 15% and shipping costs.

When I called several times to discuss the issues I was called "stupid" and hung up on several times.Desired Settlement: I would like a 100% refund as the business practices were unethical. The website product description was misleading and the sales people were rude and unprofessional. The company is preying on people and should be shut down honestly.

Review: Bought camera , promised delivery not made . They stopped shipping an had it sent back . I was to get a full refund an now after 4 weeks of calling an getting the run around, the guy told me flat out he will not return my money.Desired Settlement: I want my money , I never received anything from them .

Review: I bought a cannon g15 camera ,the price on line was 254.oo. after the purchase I noticed they charged me 398.50. so I called them and got nothing taken care of.so next I called my bank. which they did nothing. I returned the camera and they told me they shipped it back. so now i'm out 398.50 and have no camera. I tried several time to contact them .they finally told me to bad. i'm not sure what actions I can take being so far away from them. can you plaease help

Review: In January of 2015 I noticed a fraudulent charge of $508.95 on my debit card. I have left 5+ voicemails with the customer service department asking to be called back so I can take care of this and I have not heard a single word. I have tried calling at all hours an each time I get directed straight to voice mail. I have emailed and still nothing. I even left a voice mail telling them I was on the verge of filing a complaint with the Revdex.com three weeks ago, and still nothing. $508.95 is not a small amount, and I wish to resolve this as best I can.Desired Settlement: I would like to be able to speak with someone and get this charge removed from my card.

Review: After purchasing a camera from the website, I called to confirm the purchase. A guy named [redacted] was very rude, could not wait to dismiss me. He cut me short and asked which battery would I like, the 2- hour for $19.99 or the 5-hour for $29.99. I protested telling him that a battery should be included in the box, it was a brand new camera and batteries are always included with new camera purchase. He replied with , where have you been, lady, batteries are not included with camera, they,re bought separately. I told him a that in fact I had gone to Best Buy to view the camera before I made my online purchase at More4LessDigital.com and the box included all the accessory, including the battery. He snapped, then you buy at Best Buy, and he hung up quickly. I called him back to tell him that I was canceling my order and his reply was, "do you k ow what cancel means? Cancel,it's cancelled!" I asked for a confirmation number of the cancellation, he said "you will get an email!" This happened just hours ago today, I'm still waiting for my email from him.Desired Settlement: A letter of apology for rudeness and for false advertising for not disclosing upfront that their brand new cameras did not come with batteries. And I need a cancellation reference, something.
