I have used this company for yearsHowever my recently I was to have my AC routine care made appointment and the tech came to the house but never rang the bellI rescheduledtoday I had my appointment for to I called to get a better time - she informed me that my appointment was canceled due to me not calling back yesterday to confirm appointment left on voicemail at 4:She also stated that I rescheduled times and this is not trueI feel this was because I was using a coupon and they wanted to serve others

Morehart Air Conditioning and Heating came highly recommended to us by a good friend of ours who does his homework when it comes to things like this One of our air conditioning units wasn't functioning and after another company came out and gave us a laundry list of things that needed to be fixed in order for the unit to operate again costing us well over $1,so we decided to seek out another opinion We contacted Morehart Air Conditioning and Tom a Field supervisor came out that same day Tom was very professional and step by step showed what he was doing and why he was doing itAfter he looked over and did some work on the unit it appeared that the only thing that was wrong was a wiring connection! Morehart Air saved us a headache and over $1,600!!! I will highly recommend this company to everyone I know

Morehart was contacted by my daughter-in-law because the A/C failedA repairman, Mr G***, diagnosed the unit and provided a complete report He found a potential fire hazard and disconnected the unit I decided to use Morehart to replace the unit and did so via the phone as I was in a foreign countryMy contacts with the company were beyond professional and courteous, they were fun They followed their purchase and installation procedure and the installation was prompt and complete Thank you, Morehart, for a fine experience you have my complete recommendation

After spending two weeks trying to get my cooler fixed, I dropped the company I had been working with. I called Morehart after reading the reviews and seeing their Revdex.com rating. They have excellent customer service skills, knowledgeable repair people, and their prices are reasonable. I called them on a Wednesday before close of business and they had a repair person out the next day. He did a full diagnostic on my cooler, found the issue, replaced the defective parts and oiled the moving parts so they would not have an issue. Less than two hours to fix the issue. I have already recommended them to several neighbors.

They explained everything to us and I could not be more impressed. Oh, and the best part...they were $900 cheaper than 10 other bids I received. In all of my adult life having owned number of homes, I have not seen a heating and aircond. service man who was as polite, detail oriented in performing his job.
