To Whom It May Concern:First I'd like to make it clear to all involved, the Morehead family has been in business for years in the Hudson Valley At no time have they ever condoned doing unnecessary repairs I'm sure your office can confirm how little, if ever, you have had to reach
out to the Morehead's on this issue. I have reviewed the customers compliant with the service advisor, service manager, and the tech that recommended the steering rack repair It is difficult to address issues after the fact Therefore going forward our company policy for such repairs will require an attached photo of the recommended repair.I apologize to the customer for the aggravation As a sign of good faith I'd like to offer *** * *** *** free factory scheduled oil changes for the next two years on there Ridgeline All they need to do is bring this email with them when they come in for the oil change. Please note that Mark N***) will be taking over any customer complaints as of tomorrow's date. Thank you, Kevin

very dissatisfied with service and no one answers message was there yesterday to have fuses put in would pay was told couldn't do unless hooked up to machine at 107 dollars because quote had to make money on way home they had taken off fuse cover fell on to my feet called said oh well if I rode back would put on 1/2 mile each way left message said would return didn't hesitate when paid them check for car if that is customer service not only person wanting to sell cars phone

Review: I purchased a used 2010 Subaru Legacy from Morehead Honda on June **, 2012. After owning the vehicle for 11 months it broke down in Hagerstown, MD. The car was diagnosed as having leaking head gaskets and needing a new engine. I made several attempts to contact the dealership to assist in paying for this repair. The dealership has been uncooperative thus far. The estimate for the repair is $5,300.00. The car has been out of service since 5/**/13.Desired Settlement: I would like Morehead Honda to pay for the costly repairs that need to be done to the vehicle.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Morehead Honda did not offer assistance in this matter. They were constantly rude and/or ignored my phone calls and emails. They made it clear that they would not assist in this matter. I did file a claim in City Court and I did retract the claim due to the fact that I had moved to North Carolina and travel was not feasible. I am requesting that Morehead Honda provide some type of financial reimbursement for this incident.

I was not present when the customers concerns where presented to Morehead Honda. That said, I pulled the customers file. There are notes in regards to the customers concerns. As well as offers from the dealership to assist in getting the car repaired.

For what ever the reason, the customer chose not to take advantage of the offer that was presented.

The customer has already chosen to take care of this matter. We will not be offering any other assistance.

I spoke with the [redacted] in regards to this compliant. In an effort to show good will toward the customer, Morehead Honda is prepared to make the following one time good will offer. Morehead Honda will issue a check to [redacted] in the amount of $500.00.

It should be known by all parties that the acceptance of this check by [redacted] will be an acknowledgement by her that all issues to date, and any that may occur in the future are satisfied in regards to the 2010 Subaru, Vin# [redacted]. Also, there will be no further contact with the Revdex.com, and or any other social media in regards to Morehead Honda and the 2010 Subaru referenced here.

I will need confirmation either through the U.S. mail, or email from the Revdex.com offices, and from [redacted], agreeing to these terms. Our offer will be valid though March **, 2014.
