WORST EVVVERR!!!! BEWAREIF you do not keep track of the funds going in and out they will keep them going out and retain ALL $$$ you forgetThe repairmen they use are the SLOWEST WORST FULL OF EXCUSE WORKERS EVVEERRRI typically don't like writing bad reviews on company's, but this one is deservedJudy makes you feel dumb for asking ?s and Alvin will try to find a way to with hold as much of your $$ as possible and forget repairs they either will not happen until a month or later and by the time the excuses run out you end up with a crappy job that you still PAY for and Judy will tell you to take it up with the repairman who could care lessThe pictures on line do not represent their location when you walk in you feel like this scummy scam and that's what you end up with

I signed up with their property management (PM) services ONLY because my neighbor, who is licensed & EXPERIENCED in PM, worked hereWell, about weeks later I received an email from MoreHouse stating that (my neighbor) was "unfortunately no longer with their company"I hadn't heard anything from my neighbor and mistakenly assumed that maybe she just did not want the responsibility because we were on a personal basisThe email from Syreeta M [redacted] stated, "I have worked here at MoreHouse Realty for several years and have extensive experience in managing properties throughout Volusia, Orange, Seminole and Osceola counties"When I received this email I called MoreHouse right awayNo answerCalled Syreeta's cellNo answerShe states that she always returns calls! Nope! I waited days and finally went to my neighbor after not hearing back from Syreeta My neighbor informed me that she was told by MoreHouse that she was NOT ALLOWED to contact ANY of her previous clients or would be subject to legal trouble! My husband, unbeknownst to me, had received communication from MoreHouse and had moved forward with their PM servicesMy husband does not own, have legal title, or deed to this house! I received a phone call from my potential tenant and was told that they're doing everything they can to get the monies in but MoreHouse was making it difficultShe also stated that MoreHouse had told her that if she did not come in that day by 5:she would "lose the house"Believe me, I questioned that because why would the PM company NOT want the moneyHere's why! WE found the tenantSo unless they list the property they cannot claim the tenant feeWhen I asked why they couldn't fax paperwork, or take wired payment, Judy tried to convince me that FL Law says [redacted] and everything has to be done "in person"! NOT TRUE! I call SyreetaNo answer, VM as usualSo I call the officeJudy is indeed the rudest person I have EVER spoken toShe tried to use some "fancy talk" by throwing out FL laws in hopes I wasn't as "quick", or "educated"When I called her out on it she immediately said, "I didn't say it was the law"OMG...you just said that seconds ago and now your denying it! She was trying to speak over me so that I could not tell her how WRONG she was! After going back and forth she really wanted to drop what she had just quoted to me, and I don't blame her! I would feel like an it too if I tried pulling that with a client! I finally just say, "I would like to speak to Syreeta, however, she NEVER answers her phone or returns phone calls"That is when Judy says, "Well Syreeta is new."I immediately quote the email sent about her "experience"Judy quickly claims that "Oh yes, Syreeta has worked in Real estate a long timeBut she was doing Sales and Foreclosures." (See my quote from the email above)I tell Judy why I'm not happy, and she points the finger at SyreetaWhen I speak to Syreeta, she has the audacity to point the finger at Judy, my tenants, and my HUSBAND!!!! I explain to her that I have already seen ALL of the emails that were sent and she is a liar! NOBODY in that place takes responsibility for their mistakes...which were numerous from day one! I told MoreHouse that I will be writing this review, and that I am also calling the Florida Board of RealtorsThey lied to me! They lied to my potential tenants! They WILL lie to YOU too!!! I told Syreeta that ethically, they should return my tenants application fees because they NOW have to go through this headache again with a new PMC! Syreeta says, "I am not able to do that because that money goes to the company.", I say, "You mean your husband, your mother, and yourself? Because THAT IS The "Company"!! Don't waste your time!! Con artists, and not good ones!!

This business has no regard for repairs needed prior to move inThen when you move in they put everything on you and refuse to make repairs
A week ago yesterday they were informed of a leaky water valve to the washerThe hot water was never used as the valve has no handle to turn onIt began leaking and a week has passed and no one has been here to even look at the leakI had to attach the hose as to try to prevent some of the water flow.The receptionist initially said someone was coming but then cancelled as I am sure Alvin told her no he was going to send one of his guys outThe vendors or at least two have said to me that they no longer come out because they never get paid.There is mold building up on the walls inside the laundry roomThe leak is getting faster and will eventually turn to a steady flow of waterAll of the water valves are rusted and have issuesThe one in the shower is rusted and doing the sameThe move in sheet is full of issues but was not able to be ac

When I first got my house I was disappointed in the amount of work that I needed to do to make it more comfortableIt was my fault for rushing into something so I ate the bullet on the situationI took a minute video of the damages upon move in for evidenceHowever, anytime I needed them to repair something they took the cheap way outSomething my year old newphew could have doneThey were responsive fairly quick to my requests but things were half ***The house was covered in carpenter ants and Terminix had to come out a few times a month to treat itThey were flying in the house, in the tubs, in the food when I tried to cookeverythingAn extra bill and annoyance I didn't needThe fridge needed to be replaced bc it didn't workI had an AC repair technician out here at least three times and then he just replaced the unitI had to get my water heater replaced bc that broke as well and had no hot water for me and my foster childrenI needed to patch holes and repaint portions of the walls in the roomsHere it is and it's my renewal and I noticed I didn't get any offersKnowing my renewal was within days I decided to callI was told that it's my job to contact them as if though they are incapable of reaching out to their residents giving offers to those that pay on time every month and take care of their home like it was their ownI asked if there was a way I could get assistance with the amount of mold in the master bathroomInstead of responding with something like "I'm sorry we can't help with mold issues but I'd recommend this...", the lease agreement was thrown at me and was told it's not there responsibility and it's in my lease aggreementWe literally went back and forth through emailThere was no customer service, there was so sympathy, there was no care, there was no humanityAgain, I ate the bullet and emailed a few days later apologizing about the misunderstanding and wanted to know IF I decided to renew what was the processIt's going on two weeks and no responseI called three times and spoke to the receptionist (who is sweet) and still can't get an answer from the real estate agentNo call backs, no emailsNo anythingIt's completely unprofessional and pettyNow I'm stuck in a situation where I feel like it's better for me to just leave at the last minMoney isn't an issue for me to move, but the way they handle business definitely isI would never ever go back to this company once I'm out
