Morel Motors Reviews (%countItem)

I recently purchased a vehicle from Morel Motors. Was told the vehicle was in great condition when that is not the case.
After test driving the vehicle, the check engine light came on.
He ran the code in front of me and it came up as P0420. (Catalyst system below threshold)
When I "googled" the code, it said it was due to the catalytic convertor not functioning properly.
Obviously with that, I was hesitant to purchase the vehicle.
However when I asked him about the code, he said it was "just an O2 sensor" and was reassured that the issue would be resolved prior to my purchase.
Leo also said, he'd personally drive it home to make sure there were no more issues with the vehicle.
The next day when I went to purchase the vehicle, every thing seemed fine to me. The check engine light was off, I was just looking forward to finally being in a reliable vehicle.
We previously agreed that I would pay $4,000 total for the Toyota Corolla. (Including any taxes and tag fees)
When looking over the paperwork, I noticed the numbers said $2,272.50. When questioned, he said "don't worry about what the numbers say, I just put what I had to put on there so you'd only pay $4K.)
That should have been a red flag to me right there but I never purchased a car through a dealership before so I didn't know what "protocol" is.
On my way home, the check engine light comes back on. Leo apologized and told me to bring the car back the next day so he could have it fixed.
So, I take it back the next day and was told the issues were fixed.
I drive the vehicle home (I live in St. Pete, they are located in Tampa.)
Check engine light come back on. Again, I was told to bring it back and the issue would be fixed.
Later that afternoon, the car begins to shoot out white smoke when I start it up, I also noticed that there is no oil in the vehicle.
When I called Leo, he said that one of his "guys" must have made a mistake and that all the issues would be resolved the next day when I bring it in.
When I take it in, the "mechanic" took his time to "work" on my vehicle. Said he changed the oil and that he "fixed" the issue with the check engine light and to put premium gas in the car to help clear the code.
At this point, I am getting worried but I didn't want to believe that a dealership would sell me a vehicle knowing it had major issues.
The car continues smoking, I reach out and get told that it might just take time for the system to clear out.
At this point, I am frustrated and worried that I just spent $4,000 on a "lemon".
I had a friend of mine call him that knows more about vehicles hoping they could talk and I could get more clarity about what is going on.
Leo refused to speak to him without my consent.
When I did give my consent and they were able to speak.
He told my friend that I was lying.
I was lying about what was going on with the car.
Lying about how much I purchased the vehicle for. (When I have statements and messages that prove otherwise)
Finally, I get some sense and take it to a mechanic a friend recommended.
I am then told that the check engine light is in fact due to the catalytic convertor not functioning properly and needing to be replaced.
They also informed me that the engine is shot, knocking when at higher RPMs and burning oil. (Which is the cause of the smoke and the reason why there was no oil in the vehicle)
To top it all off, they told me the vehicle had been in an accident and was evident due to all the overspray they saw. (This was not reflected in the Carfax or disclosed about the vehicle)
I have since tried to get in contact with Leo but my calls and texts are left unanswered.
He has also deleted the Facebook listing on this vehicle. (Rather than marking as "sold" as he has done with his other vehicles)
I'm not normally one to "trash talk" a business or post negative reviews but I don't know what else to do.
I have made numerous attempts to rectify this situation.

Desired Outcome

Either 1. Refund 2. Repair issues with vehicles 3. Replace vehicle with one of equal value
