From: [redacted]Date: Thu, May 26, 2016 at 7:45 PMSubject: Re: You have a new message from the Revdex.com of Central Ohio in regards to your complaint #[redacted]To: Revdex.com Dear Revdex.com, I have decided that I would prefer not to hear from Mr. M. again. It seems as though there is not much that can be done to resolve the issue. I just feel as though funeral homes should be aware of any kind of suspicious documents and know the laws of will making. It was negligent on Mr. M.s part to not keep the document and investigate a bit deeper as to why a family acquaintance would be a" guardian" and in charge. The notary also claimed to be a cousin and as you see tried to benefit from a document that she notarized. If I were the funeral director, I may question some of these odd circumstances, as the bank did, however maybe he did not want to be involved or did not care. I would never recommend Moreland funeral home to anyone in the future. I would prefer at this time just to try to move on with my attorney and my life. Sincerely,   [redacted]

Moreland Funeral HomeMay 24,2016To Whom It May Concern: Response to the complaint  ID [redacted], submitted to Revdex.com by [redacted]. I, Robert J. M. was the funeral director that made arrangements for [redacted] services.   I  met with [redacted] who show me papers of...

guardianship and a copy of the will left by Mr. [redacted] .  Ms. [redacted] was  following the wishes of Mr. [redacted] and there were two ladies and a grandson with her along with [redacted], the daughter.  Mr. [redacted] wanted the same services we provided for his wife, [redacted] in March of 2015. [redacted] was present and agreed on everything that we was arranged. As for the American flag, it was given with the register book, thank you cards, etc, to Ms. [redacted]. If [redacted] was wanting the flag, she should have said something at the time. The urn that [redacted] received was called a keepsake urn, which they ordered 7 and the remaing cremains were  placed in a larger urn that matched the keepsake urns. Ms. [redacted] had a copy of Mr. [redacted]' will and was following his wishes and she was the person  in charge of paying the expenses. I called and talked with Ms. [redacted] on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 and explained the complaint we received from the Revdex.com. If the Revdex.com has any questions about the paper work that Ms. [redacted], she told me to have the Revdex.com contact her attorney, [redacted] at [redacted]  I would like to apologize to [redacted] if she feels we did wrong. She was present at the arrangement process and should have spoke up at the time.Sincerely,Robert J. M.
